Phoebe is very diplomatic and advises me of what’s achievable colour wise, from the start. I always feel that I’ve got what I’ve asked for and refreshed ! Excellent. My hair was such a mess after being badly cut by the hairdresser I had been going to. Laura was brilliant. She explained everything she was doing and completely reassured me that my hair will be right again. My hair looked and felt so much better after Laura cutting it. I am going from a dark colour to light, phoebe has given me great advice and explained the stages to achieve the lighter colour without using bleach which will damage my hair. Very pleased.
First time in the salon today. All the members of staff are friendly and knowledgeable Aimee sorted my colour out perfectly reducing the brassiness and making my hair look and feel so much better. Definitely recommend.

My daughter suffers really bad anxiety she also has autism, Joe made her feel at ease, when we left the shop she said that she felt amazing and absolutely loved her hair, she beamed with pride.
