After the proverbial morning from hell at home I managed to get to the salon on time somehow. A quick chat with Katie before my back massage highlighted I may be in need of a harder hitting massage to help ease my stress. Then into the totally relaxing haven otherwise known as the treatment room.
It worked ! Total bliss as Katie in-knotted knots on top of knots and I could feel the tension in my body start to ease within minutes. Absolute bliss and set me up for the rest of the day.
And the absolutely icing on the cake ... no charge as this was my freebie from the loyalty scheme. You can’t get much better than that. Well you could ... I think I could have willingly stayed all afternoon to be honest but you can’t have everything.
Thank you Katie - it was not only perfect but also perfectly timed!

I’ve been coming to Saks Halifax for years. The service is great, the team are all super professional and helpful and the overall atmosphere in the salon is welcoming, friendly and professional. I’ve had a variety of treatments over the years but my essentials are HD Brows, eyelash tint and manicures and pedicures. Highly recommended.

A great result as always

Katie did a great job on my ‘invisible’, white blonde brows. Mixing a beautiful colour to complement my hair colour and giving them fantastic shape and definition.

The treatment was excellent as usual, really enjoyable.
The only thing I would comment on was I was a little cold. Lauren ( I think that’s her name )was fab & put an extra blanket on but I was still cold.

I've had nearly every treatment going from saks, waxing, massage, facial, microblading, brow wax, gel, acrylics, every treatment is such amazing quality and great value for money, the staff are all lovely and so professional and the salon its self is gorgeous. I've never been disappointed with anything I've had done here and I will continue going here for all my beauty needs

I had my eyebrows and eye lashes tinted, some waxing and a sensory heaven massage. The staff were lovely from the moment I arrived and I was offered a choice of drinks. Natalie was professional, kind and thoughtful. She explained everything before she did it and checked for allergies and the result of my patch test. I had a lovely relaxing couple of hours and bought a product on Natalie’s recommendation. I have booked another massage because it was so good.

So today was my 5th visit to the salon with Katie. She really is such a lovely, caring and friendly person. I’ve had my nails and eyebrows done which I’ve loved every time and they have lasted!!!!
After speaking with Katie about wanting a lash tint and informing her of a previous bad experience I had at another salon. She took the time to explain to me how it works and what I would feel. I had the last tint with Katie continuously reassuring me throughout (which I needed). They looked amazing.
So, today I have had HD brows and LVL lashes. Again, Katie spoke me threw every stage. Not just telling me what she was doing but also explained why. Another amazing outcome! My lashes and brows look amazing!
I love the salon! The girls make me feel very welcome. The knowledge and advice from Katie is outstanding. All my treatments have been done beautifully from such an amazing and enthusiastic person!

The salon itself is very clean, really nicely decorated and made me feel extremely relaxed. When booking the appointment the girl was very helpful and friendly and there was no issue in re-scheduling to a different time of the day. I had the hot stone back massage with Katie and it was blissful! It really was an amazing experience!!!

So fabulous to have this lovely lady on hand in my hour of need. After overdoing the Pre NYE cleaning and totally ruining my Christmas nails with bleach, disinfectant and a host of other things I was thrilled to be able to get an appointment on NYE ahead of my party. Alice - as she always is, was there not only to fix my Nails, help me choose something nice to go on them, help me out with a couple of tips - but also brought some much needed loveliness to a Christmas / New Year period that had otherwise been a little bleak.

Jessica did my HD brows today and I am so happy with them. She talked me through each process and asked me what I wanted instead of just assuming, she was really friendly and did an amazing job, I couldn’t be more happier with the result and shall be booking again.

I had my christmas nails done and two days later I fell and broke two of them. Amelia managed to fit me in and fixed my nails so it's as if nothing happened!
