My visits are always a great experience - but this time, over and above my gel nails (and toes) I had a back massage. The room was spotless, the temperature was perfect, the ambiance was spot on and that was all before the massage even began. The actual massage was amazing and I will be back for more - hard enough to make a difference but without any pain, and yet gentle enough for me to feel so relaxed that I could have stayed and had a little sleep. I will be back for more of this - thank you Katie, it was nothing short of perfect.

Ripped my nail this morning and popped in for a repair. Alice did this straight away! Great service!

Someone so smaller and petite should not be able to provide such a deep massage. Arrived in some discomfort but already feel much better and I know by Saturday will feel like a new woman.

I had lvl lashes done by Alice, she was very gentle around my eyes n made me feel very relaxed, the atmosphere was also very relaxing, and nice and clean, would come again.

What a lovely young woman, will definitely be recommending her. Jess was engaging without too much talking, caring and sincere in her approach.

Another fabulous appointment with Katie - including her (once again) coming up with a great combination for my nail colour. She even knows me so well she picked out the glitter that I said I was not going to have - but Katie was right to bend my arm.
Lovely visit again - clean - friendly - great job.

Melissa was really friendly and made me feel super comfortable and on top of that she did an amazing job! Best wax I’ve had. Fast and really affective. Won’t go anywhere else now! Would highly recommend her!
