I have had my LVL lashes done on 3 occasions now an around the customer service excellent. Find the staff really friendly and approachable and the results are always brilliant. Also they have irregular offers on. Thanks to Katie and the staff for doing great job, highly recommend them.

I love all the girls at saks but if i had to pick a favorite i couldn't just pick one. Lauren and charlotte are absoulte gems. Both amazing at what they do and i can not fault them i always walk out with #browsonfleek and stunning nails. I would give 10 stars if i could.

every trip I have to Saks is a lovely one. Katie makes you feel at ease, and very special, no matter what treatment I have.

I usually come to SAKS for my eye brows shaped with Charlotte. My loyalty card was full and I opted for the facial as my treat. It was wonderful. So relaxing, beautiful smells and I feel truly chilled now.

Great service, friendly atmosphere. I had a voucher so for me the value was great- it’s more than I usually pay for nails so I will have to see how long they last to see if it’s better value for money.

After I arrived slightly late and totally soaked I was, as always, made so very welcome by Katie and the wider team. I was lucky enough to have an appointment on the day their new Autumn gel colours arrived and as I wasn’t expecting them to be in yet I was thrilled. Katie and the new colours did not disappoint ... and after arriving feeling stressed, cold and wet -I left feeling chilled out, happy and absolutely thrilled with my new nails!! Thank you ... as always, for the warm welcome and fabulous treatments.

I always have a lovely experience visiting the team at Saks - really polite and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and they always offer advice when needed. Jess does my nails beautifully and is good company during the treatment as well :)

I had a Decleor facial with Alice the other day my skin looks and feels amazing and the treatment itself was really lovely. Her pressure was great i really felt like my skin had had a treat and not just tickled! I will definitely be back and telling all my friends too xxx

Melissa has done our eyebrows twice now and they have looked amazing both times.
She makes you feel so welcome and is extremely friendly.
All the staff are polite and professional and the salon is immaculate.
I would absolutely recommend this service and this salon.

Very very disappointed with the results, I thought I would give them chance but to be honest my eyes look more bare and not lifted like I was expecting, I do understand that this is a different look, but to feel this disappointed when I was hopeing to be really happy with my new lash look is a great let down. Sorry to be so blunt but am sure if you spent £51 on hopeing to have a least a look that people would notice and not think your wearing nothing on your eyes then you would also feel how I feel. Sorry for this review but I have to be truthful. Kind regards Daniella. X
