This was amazing, I felt so chilled and relaxed, Lauren who did it for me made me feel at ease and explained it all to me as was first one I have had. Will defo be going back for another.

I had a manicure and a pedicure and it was great! I didn't realise that they had so many other treatments too!

Never had any eye brows really before I starting going to Saks..The staff are so welcoming and friendly and go that extra mile to make your appointments a lovely experience.

Well having being a client of Saks for a number of years now, I still get a very warm welcoming on entering and Saturday 23rd was there 5th birthday at there salon in Halifax. I was offered a glass of bubbly and some cake. Even my little boy had some cake they were very helpful. Natalie was polite and helpful, even though Becky was with a client she still took the time to ask if I'm ok. Whilst I was due to have the Dermatude, not really having chance to read up on it etc. Katie took me to her room and made me aware of the procedure and what would happen at each section. Asked me if I had any issues with my skin which there was major concerns. The treatment was very relaxing and not painful at all it tickled in places, Katie asked throughout was I ok and not in pain and takes about the treatment and how it would benefit. To be honest it was over and done with in around half an hour, and my skin was noticeably better, clearer, more firmer, and slightly pinkish.

Another wonderfully relaxing session in the hands of Kath Atkins. A fab hot stone massage that sorted out my aches and pains followed by a cosmedix facial treatment where her expertise is really helping sort my skin out. This salon (and in particular Kath's skills) are what get me through having a stressful job!

I'm so impressed with the difference in my skin after just 14 days. Kath suggested I try the skin challenge as I've always had troubled skin. 14 years and countless treatments and products have done me no good. Kath did 2 facials and a deep skin peel on my skin and provided me with 4 products to use at home over the course of the 2 weeks and my skin is unreal! She knew everything about my skin before I even told her anything. She was so helpful and friendly. I've always been so self conscious about my skin and barely leave the house without make up but she made me feel so comfortable. Can't thank her enough for her help. Looking forward to many more treatments and to see the improvement this time in 6 months. Highly recommended for specialist skin treatment.

I have had my acrylics on for almost a year and have them regularly rebalanced. All the girls are professional and welcoming, and perform all treatments to an exceptional standard. Thanks.

My experience was very enjoyable following which I feel I could have slept if there had been no music (although the music was good while receiving the treatment). The saying is "no pain no gain" Brogan was experienced, lovely and made me feel special.

Iv had my gel nails done twice now by Naomi, after having nails that snap and break all the time she's worked her magic and I now have beaut long nails! Love coming into the salon for my nails Naomi makes me feel so welcome and comfortable, like I've known her ages!
Wont go anywhere else now for my beauty treatments x

Saks offers the best treatments I've ever had - I've tried plenty of other spas and therapists but have yet to find any that beat the standard offered at Saks. The heated bed and cosy duvet make me feel so cocooned and cosy. Treatment today was superb! And excellent value at £49 for 90 indulgent minutes x

Fanastic massage done by Kath. I felt so relaxed after the treatment. I was worried that the products might affect my sensitive skin but didn't have a problem at all as Kath listened to my skin type and the products were expertly chosen.

It certainly was heaven . I was so drained and tired after Xmas and book for this treatment . I had Lauren who looked after me for 2 hours with so much care to detail. She never left my side and I experienced 2 hours of bliss . I think I even fell asleep during it!! Was the best ever treatment I have had in a long while. Booked another for my birthday thanks Saks Halifax . Customer service was top class as always xxxx H

This was my first visit to the salon. Having been ill over Christmas and then seeing the advertisement for the Sensory Heaven offer, I thought it would be a perfect 'pick-me. Friends had also recommended the treatment. It did not disappoint. The whole experience was very relaxing and the full body massage is the best I have ever had. I have booked in for a further two treatments and would highly recommend.

Won a back massage through my sons nursery. 30 minutes of bliss. Relaxing music and candles on a heated bed which I haven't had anywhere else!

Excellent service... Explained as went along.
