Lovely massage as usual by Charlotte but not a relaxing experience by any means!! Very noisy outside the room.someone dropping things, banging doors ,talking and laughing loud!! Dissapointing n bit of a waste of money to be honest!!

I had a back Massarge with Lauren yesterday and I have to say it was the best I have ever had, it was relaxing but at the same time she managed to work on my knots , definatly recommend this treatment and I will be back , also she lovely girl and made me feel very welcome ????x

Just had my nails rebalanced by melissa and another great experience. Nails look great and received a very friendly and professional service. All the ladies who work at saks are always very welcoming, polite and professional. I recommend saks to everyone!!

Had a massage with Lauren today who is new but the massage was brilliant! I didn't feel well and the staff made me feel so relaxed and are all so lovely! Little touches like the fruit kebabs and coffee is nice too I also had hd brows with Becky by far the best brow appointment I have ever had! I have rebooked and cannot wait to go back.

I always love treating myself at Saks. The staff are all lovely and welcoming. I always have positive comments made to me about my eyebrows and nails and that is down to the expertise of the staff. I will certainly be back.

Always outstanding service. I've been visiting the Salon regularly for a few years now and the girls there are amazing! I'm very body conscious but I have no problem feeling comfortable in front of them when having treatments where I'm baring flesh because they make me feel so welcome and like I'm part of their family. Can not praise the staff enough for all their hard work, especially Becky she's amazing! I've never had any problems with any treatment I've had, I've always been more than happy when leaving the salon. 11 out of 10 from me!

It was good but didn't like the fact that the lady dos my facial left bit of mask on my face so I had to go to town working with bits on my face

I previously had a treatment elsewhere that I was not happy with, and the service provider was unable to rectify it. Saks where very accommodating to my situation, gave me advise over the phone and booked me in the next day. I had my treatment replaced by saks and now I'm very happy with the result. I will be using saks in the future
