Friday was a last min booking, it was my first bouncy blowdry with Frankie & from start to finish it was lovely, she gave me just what I asked for & I've got up this morning & took my hair out of my night bun and my hair still looks lovely bouncy & shiney.

Thank you so much Frankie, my hair looks beautiful & you helped cheer me up (it was very much neeeded after my recently loosing my dad - ✨️Hair therapy ✨️)

I just want to say that if you keep delivering this level of service throughout your career you will build up a very loyal following of customers!

My hair was in dire condition entering the salon, it was damaged from years of box dye and needed serious intervention.

Nicole took a lot of time to understand what colour I wanted, and worked to neutralize the red tones in my hair to bring it back to brunette with some caramel highlights, within 3 hours my hair was transformed, it looked and felt really healthy and looked amazing. I’m so pleased with the work that Nicole did and will definitely be back next time my hair needs doing. Thank you so much Nicole!

As always, cannot fault any part of the experience from booking to walking out the door. Everything is so slickly efficient, nothing runs over, lovely atmosphere, comfortable stylish surroundings, all the little touches (missing from a lot of salons) are there. Alicia is just amazing. If I badly describe a style, she knows what I mean, if I ask for a frankly dubious colour change from dark to light when I only went light to dark a few months ago - she executes it perfectly, knowing exactly what I want & sometimes knowing what I need before I know myself. So it's a bit spenny (new lingo) but it's @&?!& worth it!

Katie is just so lovely and great at what she does. She gives really comprehensive advice and understanding about treatment/cut/colour options and is really approachable throughout, the whole team is lovely and friendly.

Offered coffee as soon as I sat down. Frankie took me to have colour done within 2 minutes of arrival. Nicole was her usual happy, professional self. It’s like therapy there, chat and relax and get your hair done as well. I look forward to my next appointment.

My first visit to Alicia today was great from start to finish. A thorough consultation and explantation of what would be best for my hair to achieve the look I wanted. The blow dry was the best I have had as I have wavy frizzy hair it can be unruly. I was given advice on what products were best for my hair type and how often and when to use. I left with an amazing low maintenance colour a smooth blow dry and a cut to improve the shape. I am very happy with my hair it looks amazing. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you Alicia

Didn’t have to wait long which was good

But the whole experience felt rushed!
I was done within 20mins, from start to finish.
It’s like I was fitted in between 2 appointments and ready to get someone else in my chair.
