I have been toiling with the idea of having a big chop for several weeks. I talked it through with Nicole and as always I got a realistic opinion. Nicole spoke through the pros and cons of my decision! So I went for it! I left with dark shiny locks at a length that is perfect for me not too short but a difference in length that’s made me feel like I have had a change!

Nicole is always attentive, thorough and conscientious in her work…she perfects the finish like a work of art!

It’s exactly what I wanted: I love it

I haven’t been to a hairdressers for years as I’m always so nervous that they won’t listen and I’ll come out with a cut and style that I’m not happy with.
I explained this to Alicia and she was so lovely, attentive and reassuring.
She explained everything to me step by step including advice on the styling products she was using.
She took her time to tailor the end product to exactly what I wanted, and in the end I was absolutely amazed at the transformation.
I finally had a healthy trendy hair style which was exactly what I’d asked for!!
