Nicole is a very experienced stylist.This is obvious.She is passionate about her work, and has an extremely positive disposition.She is professional and friendly.I love this salon. From the trainees to the receptionist to the stylists.Everyone is lovely and welcoming..Nicole listens, and also offers advice and seems to know exactly what is required to achieve the desired outcome.Nicole is never complacent.She has never assumed that she knows what I want.She delivers a really great service, and unlike other salons which I have experienced,, Coco North's appointment times are accurate.No hanging about ...a very slick, timely service.
I could not recommend Nicole highly enough.Shes fabulous.

I’ve been coming to Chloe now going on 18 months and every time, I have the loveliest experience. She’s really lovely, fantastic at her colouring and cutting and today especially, after having left it a bit longer than I usually do, I have left feeling like a new woman! The colour is stunning and I’m so relieved my greys are gone haha. And I’ve loved my new sweeping fringe and bouncy blow dry! Left feeling like an ‘influencer’ 😉😂😍

Such a welcoming atmosphere every time I get my hair done. The girls are so friendly, helpful and you can ask any of them for advice not just the stylist/therapist you’re booked in with. Chloe H has given me the exact results I have asked for every single time I have sat in that seat, she always listens to what I want and advises me when I need it!

I was looking for a new Hairdresser as the ladyvI usually go to is on Maternity leave. I went to Coco and was very pleased with the result. Jody was very helpful in advising me what best colour I should have.

This is my second visit to the salon. Chloe advised me really well as I’d been unhappy with my colour and cut for a while now. I needed to cover my grey but make it lower maintenance for myself. I also wanted to get my confidence back and love my hair again!
Chloe certainly did that for me!
Today I returned for my roots, and was given a wash and blow dry by one of your students and it was fantastic. She did such a good job, and asked what final look I wanted. Both ladies are a real asset to the company!
