Experience is great and very nice and understanding lady's

Staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. Atmosphere and cleanliness was high standard but experience and result of nails is disappointing. Value for money is just not there when I walk out feeling annoyed and dissatisfied. Treatment took way too long as I had to ask for them to be redone and point out poor quality finish to the therapist who then blamed my nails and skin for being dry. I thought the point of the treatment was to have these issues treated not be a reason for the finish being poor.

Andrea is always friendly and puts you at ease. I recommend Concepts as a very well run salon.

Very pleasant and efficient. Just one thing a cup of tea would have been nice x

I am currently having a course of lazer treatment. Miranda takes the time to understand what I need and explain the process and how well the treatment is progressing. I am delighted.with the progress so far such a great improvement with my skin. Very relaxing whilst having this treatment.
