Throughly relaxing facial. I’m prone to redness and my skin was dry due to a prickly heat rash 2 weeks ago but after the detoxygene facial, my skin was free of redness and was smooth & plumped. Whilst the mask was on, I had a lovely hand & arm massage. Thanks!!

After a hard week at work I came to concepts for some well deserved ‘me time and pampering’. Franka was amazing and went more than a mile to look after me. I can’t wait to book in with her. Booked in with Laura for a age summum facial previously and she was fantastic too.,great experiences and great staff.

As usual, a great treatment. I love the ambiance at Concepts and being treated as a special friend. I had very knotty shoulders which Laura soon found and worked on and then made the rest of the massage relaxing. Thank you Laura.

I had my first consultation today to plan the removal of a very old tattoo. As soon as I entered the salon I was made to feel welcome by all the staff on duty. There was an instant relaxing feel to the environment in the salon which is a very positive factor when having your treatment.
Laura was fantastic she was very detailed in explaining how the treatment works and she was able to answer all the questions I had. She was very professional and made me feel at ease while paying attention to every detail. I feel positive about the coming weeks and cannot wait to get stuck into my treatment I have every confidence in Laura - I would highly recommend the salon to friends and family ☺️

A lovely pedicure. The only thing that ruined it is the chair that couldn’t go back. The chair has been like that for years and as a tall person I find it uncomfortable.

The experience was wonderful with friendly professional and attentive staff.. The salon was immaculate in appearance with high level paid to privacy .

Due to an emergency dental appointment I had to rush out with the varnish still wet! Franca helped me on with my sandals and the varnish dried perfectly. Next time I hope to enjoy all my time and leave with dry varnish!
