Fantastic Friday treat with Andrea - a relaxing hand file & polish finished off with a deluxe pedicure which the old trotters have been crying out for through lockdown. I now feel as good as gold! Thank you!

Rang up Monday lunchtime and spoke to a very helpful lady at reception, said I had a gift voucher from Xmas time and asked when there was availability, I was then informed there was an opening at 5pm the same day, perfect. Arrived and was greeted very nicely by the ladies at the front desk and promptly was taken through to the rooms, everywhere was clean and everyone was wearing a face covering, once in the room had a chat about what I wanted from the session and then I was left to get myself sorted. The session went smoothly and calmly and I can definitely feel the effects already! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back.....I do apologise but I forget the ladies name who did my massage, sorry! (7th June at 5pm if that's helps, thank you!)

I have regular facials and always pleased with the results but after suffering some facial palsy after a vaccine the professionalism, discussions and massage techniques used in the first facial was amazing and had instant results, after a 2nd visit I’m back to 100%.

My appointment was a quick 10 minute appointment for waxing. I mentioned to Nikki how I was concerned for shading on my upper lip area and felt my skin had been sun damaged and felt it was getting worse recently. Nikki was very professional explained different reasons to why my skin could be behaving in this way and also advised me of ways to prevent it getting worse. After talking to Nikki I felt so releaved I now new what the cause was and also felt it could be stopped and even potentially vanish. I am so glad I went as I felt at a point where I didn't want people to see me (The pandemic masks suit me fine). Now I feel they will become a time soon were I dislike the masks like most of us.

Nikki was very professional, not pushy at all. A genuine professional who highlighted every option not just the most expensive. My appointment ended up being some time over 10 minutes but Nikki did not rush me out of the door.

I will not go elsewhere after all of my appointments here so far have been amazing.

Eye lift and tint. Franca was very efficient making sure all lashes were lifted. The dye afterwards didnt go in my eyes she made sure. Excellent.

Lovely visit. Nikki is both professional and very friendly putting you at your ease. She explains what she is doing so there are no surprises.
