It was an enjoyable belated Mother’s Day and as always the service is EXCELLENT.

Even an express pedicure is carried out with care and attention to detail. Staff always strike the exact balance between friendliness and professionalism.

Thank you to Nikki for looking after me since I've been visiting Concepts. I have a wonderful experience everytime I've visited and I've always been extremely happy with the results. I've always left the salon with a glow of confidents. Nikki offers me good advice on my individual skincare and we have spoken about IPL, Nikki has a wealth of experience along with knowledge. Today was my last time with Nikki and I wish her all the best for the future.

Great spray tan by Nicki as always who is always so friendly & professional.
Unfortunately though the last few times I’ve visited concepts (only for spray tans) I have to say it no longer has the luxurious feel to it, it always had in the time i’ve been coming.
It feels like a very different Concepts to the one I knew & the expensive prices no longer reflect the quality experience that was always associated with coming here.

Delightful foot attention this afternoon! I had the parafin footwax and a pedicure, finished off with flashy red nails! Great conversation and my feet feeling and look wonderful. Would highly recommend it.

I have been going to this salon since 2010… it’s been great every time. All the girls are amazing and really sad to hear that some have left :( hoping that the salon will remain open for many years to come.

It was a relaxing, calming experience even the Electrolysis. Andrea is lovely, very friendly and chatty.

Had a lovely morning at Concepts, came in for HD Brows, met with Nikki, who was very welcoming, she talked me through the whole process while do my brows as well as giving me advice, was very happy with the results, thank you. Would recommend to anyone thinking of having HD Brows.

Really enjoyed my back massage today. Such a soothing, comfortable and relaxing environment and Anna tailored the treatment exactly to my needs. Would definitely recommend.

Really disappointed wish I could attach a photo. Even ended up with eyebrow tint on my nose. My eyebrows look awful I clearly said at the beginning I’d look weird with big eyebrows

Nikki is an outstanding therapist who achieves excellent results. I'm very pleased with my tinted and shaped eyebrows but have also seen results of her work on people with no or very sparse brows. She creates incredibly natural results for them as well.

From the moment I entered the salon the reception is wonderful & a Fantastic holistic therapy Nikki really in tune with my aurora 💞

Overall happy with my nails, but I had booked for a French polish but that haven’t been noted on my appointment and they didn’t have the colour needed for a French polish..

My masseur was Anna Marie and she did a fabulous job, one if the best messages I have had.
