I had a paraffin foot wax treatment and as I left I felt like I was walking on air. My feet feel revitalised, soft and light. I felt very welcome (this was my first visit) and plan on returning in the near future.

A bit apprehensive as my first experience but Andrea was superb in her explanation of what would happen and treatment going forward. Next session booked with confidence thank you.

Brilliant hot stone massage by Charlotte. My shoulders felt very tight beforehand and feel much better now. The added heat of the hot stones is very soothing for aches and pains. Will definitely return, lovely salon with a luxury feel and relaxing environment.

I've been coming to Concept Beauty for a couple of years now and Charlotte has mastered the art of shaping my brows. Always polite, welcoming and does a great job :-)

Selena did a really wonderful job of my shellac manicure. Loved the colour and the massage!

The lady who pierced my ears was very nice and talked through every step, reassuring me that it wasn't going to hurt that much. She also explained the aftercare regime really well. I would thoroughly recommend going here to have your ears pierced

Booked in for me first pedicure with paraffin wax and it was fabulous. Very welcoming, friendly staff, really clean CoVid safe set up. The treatment was excellent, so relaxing and enjoyable. Very pleased with the results, highly recommend

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The salon itself is very modern, bright and clean. In light of the pandemic the salon were very clearly following very strict hygiene and safety measures. I had a great experience and I will definitely be returning soon.

I have recently started having facials with Laura and love them! My skin feels and looks amazing after. Laura is lovely, she has given me some great advice and showed me how and what products to use to take care of my skin.
