The treatment was very relaxing, it was my first facial and Franca explained everything so well. She gives the best massages too. Really great quality and full of lots of knowledge to inspire me in terms of my health and well-being.

Had a brow wax today with Franca. She was lovely, explained what she was doing and why and then answered questions I had about other treatments that the salon offer. Thanks to Franca my first impressions of the salon were really good so I would definitely recommend a visit!

Laura did a wonderful job of tinting my eyelashes and eyebrows - I’m very happy with the overall result. Laura always makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable.

This treatment is so relaxing. A heated bed, face and shoulder massage and then light on the face. My face looked instantly smoothed and plumped. The treatment includes a daily moisturiser sachet, which lasts for 7 days.

This was my first visit to Concepts but it was so good that i'm already booked back in for another! Laura explained exactly what the treatment would involve and asked if I had any preferences, I explained what sort of massage I would like and she managed to provide exactly what I needed. Sitting at a desk all day I have bad posture and I really suffer from back pain so this really helped. Will

I spent a wonderful hour at concepts, just what was needed in these stressful times. The massage was excellent and I left feeling totally relaxed. I was a bit apprehensive about wearing a mask during the treatment but I was so relaxed I forgot I had it on.

Had an enjoyable and relaxing hour, would definitely recommend.

As per usual, Nikki did a fantastic job with my eyebrows. Everyone who works there are lovely and so helpful.

Really pleased with my manicure and pedicure. I hadn’t been to Concepts for 2 years as they didn’t do acrylics. Then had acrylics done elsewhere and realised how bad they were for my nails. Will definitely be returning on a regular basis. Franca is lovely and all the other colleagues were friendly. The best place to go for treatments in this area.

Well, I have had first facial last night since lockdown which included new red light treatment and have to say feel about 10 years younger. The light therapy seems to have plumped up skin and nearly eliminated my wrinkles, a definite must

Miranda gave me a hot stone massage today. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and her knowledge. She explained all about how the oils work best and asked questions about my previous massages etc. She worked wonders on a problem area for me and gave me follow up instructions which I’ve never had from another therapist before. I left feeling very relaxed and will certainly be booking again.

Returning after lockdown, a great experience. The salon has clear procedures in place with sanitiser, track & trace & PPE.
