It was very beneficial and reassuring that the neck pains I was suffering was due to tension in my middle back. The therapist was able to unlock the knots.

The salon is well prepared for covid restrictions and all the ppe safety equipment is being worn. We are asked to sign in and read the safety requirements then hand gel is required. This did not interfere with my enjoyment of being pampered. Felt very safe indeed

I was apprehensive about going to the salon being over 70 but I didn't need to worry

great return back at the salon today, Hot stone massage by Charlotte....just what i needed after lockdown!

So lovely to see the ladies again. All smiling and sanitising. Lovely catch up despite the times we are in.
Felt very safe whilst I was there, missed my cuppa but I'm sure the next visit we will be back to some kind of normal. Learnt about the new product im trying at home and looking forward to that. My luxury pedicure is as always perfect.

Franca is the most lovely therapist and always takes extra time and care to make sure the treatment, tanning in this case, is perfect. I haven’t had a spray tan for a couple of years as I’ve had a baby, but always trust Concepts and Franca with my tanning. Another great treatment, thank you so much.
