I have been going to Nikki for years. She is amazing at all treatments. We have a good chat and I love seeing her. Can’t recommend her and the team highly enough! I always feel welcomed and appreciated.

Concepts is lovely place to visit especially if your looking to have some luxury pampering. Amazing service atmosphere was so relaxing. I had a facial with a lovely lady she was amazing and lovely. Definitely will be going back thank you concept

Absolutely love my time at the salon. Not only is it my time, bot Nikki and Laura are amazing however last night Nikki excelled and after an awful work day I left feeling totally relaxed and pampered. I would never go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my skin

First time having eyebrow wax (which was practically painless and very little redness after) and shellac nails, which were beautiful! Charlotte was lovely and did an amazing job. I had treated myself for my wedding and have booked my next appointment for my honeymoon! Thank you :)

I had a lovely experience from start to finish. All the staff were lovely. My therapist explained my skin type and advised me what products would be best to use for me. Very relaxing and felt welcomed.

Sorry forgot her name. She was patient and took her time carefully applying the shellac. She was understand when it came to reshaping my eyebrows.

Had a fabulous hot shell massage today. Very relaxing. Has a brief chat first to establish my needs etc to target problem areas etc which was very helpful. & a glass if water afterwards which was nice. Have great deal of tension in my shoulders & neck so would have liked longer but overall very pleased with service etc.

In my star rating I’ve only knocked one star off the rating because the appointment started 10 minutes late and that’s something that’s important to me. That said, I always choose to be waxed by Andrea as she has such a gentle yet confident air about her. She is very chilled and we have nice conversations while she inflicts pain on me! The salon itself is beautiful- very tastefully decorated and is always clean and smelling fresh.

I have been a customer of Concepts for many years all the staff is fantastic but Franca is the person that l have treat it the most...helpful, friendly, professional, they are all stars ...

Selena made my feet look and feel soft and beautiful. Shame about the chair. Felt like i had my feet in the bottom drawer of a recliner chair. The proper spa chairs were both in use downstairs

Silky results and who would think waxing can be relaxing! But with Laura, you instantly feel at ease. Her attention to detail is phenomenal and you really leave feeling so good about yourself.

Nikki always provides an excellent experience at Concepts she is bright and friendly but is also rofessional and attentive whether it is just a short visit for waxing like today or a full facial .She also gives me great advice on my skincare

Fantastic brows as always, Nikki does them perfectly every time and they actually have some shape to them after the treatment.

Both therapists were lovely very friendly and professional. Amazing results with my nails too, everyone in the salon I came across were lovely and I didn't feel silly not knowing about the different types of treatments. A brilliant experience and I would only come back here for further treatments.

Totally professional, excellent guidance in terms of colours and wonderfully friendly. Explained everything clearly and ensured to check any skin allergies before using products even though I have been many times before, giving a customer consistent assurance that any changes are checked. Super pleasant manner from beginning to end providing an utterly relaxed experience. Absolutely nothing negative to say!

Clodagh was very welcoming when I first arrived, explained everything I needed to do for preparation and offered me a drink straight away.
She asked me how I like to have my nails and tailored the treatment to my preferences. I’m 6 months pregnant so she often checked I was comfortable.
Treatment was relaxing and high quality. Couldn’t have been better

Have been attending Concepts for nearly 20 years, can not fault it. Everything from the staff to the services is wonderful. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

If I could I would give 10 stars. Service and quality of products are always excellent. Each therapist always offers a professional and top class service and Franca is an absolute star

Absolutely loved my 1st experience of lvl lashes and of concepts. Charlotte was so professional, friendly and warm and told me every step of my treatment as she did it. I felt very relaxed and comfortable and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

I have had an Espa facial and back treatment this afternoon . Franca is so attentive and professional , I love having treatments with her . Concepts inmy opinion is the top of its league as far as beauty therapy goes .
