I have had an Espa facial and back treatment this afternoon

Once again excellent professional, friendly service.

Hands down the best massage I have ever received! Franca made me feel completely relaxed and at ease, she listened to how I wanted to feel and how I wanted the pressure. Would recommend to all my family and friends!

I think the description of the treatment needs to be better. I wasn't quite sure what the point of the yogic stretches were for as they didn't seem to do anything and the back massage was excruciatingly painful and I was told after that she didn't do the deep massage as she could tell I was uncomfortable. This treatment was meant to be 90 minutes however it started at 2.20 and finished at 3.30. I have no complaints about Franca she was lovely but I felt completely short changed for the price of £85. I only come once a year as I receive a voucher for my birthday and feel very disappointed with.my experience.

Excellent as it always is as Nicki always gives 100% and makes you feel important and great after treatment! Well worth I thank you and look forward to next time!

I enjoyed another luxury facial today at Concepts. I was welcomed as soon as I stepped through the door and whisked away for the most wonderful relaxing ESPA treatment by Franca, who looked after me throughout my treatment and I left feeling fully pampered, stress free and totally relaxed.

I asked specifically for Nikki as she did my older daughters last year, so wanted her to do my youngest 1st ear piecing this time. Nikki is very friendly, explained things clearly and at a child’s level and spoke to her direct about the procedure and the after care but still included me. All went well in the safe hands of Nikki and my daughter was relaxed throughout and said how nice she was. Thank you

I brought my daughter for her surprise ear piercing this evening following a recommendation by a good friend. The staff were so kind, caring and considerate of her feelings of excitement and nervousness all rolled into one! Little sis and myself ended up having ours pierced too - totally unplanned! Thanks for being so flexible! A great service and lovely 1st experience at Concepts. 3 happy girls this evening! We’ll be back!

Franca always makes me feel comfortable as I have a hang up about my serious excess leg hair. She never comments just waxes away and makes me feel special.
