Have regular facials with Miranda. She chooses and varies the facial according to the needs of my skin at the time. Miranda is always chatty and keeps me informed about products she’s using and what they will do for my skin. Would definitely recommend.

I had a face wax. There was no written pre assessment, I wasn’t asked any medical questions (which I’ve since found out should be done before any treatment). The lady told me I had thin skin and the procedure had caused a ‘water mark’ and put lavender on the area. She advised me to use aloe Vera when I got home. When I went to pay she said there would be no charge as I had a reaction, so I was only charged for my eyebrows plucking and trimming. On closer inspection I can see that large patches of my skin have been ripped off leaving very painful and angry scabbed areas. I’m too embarrassed to leave my house. I’ve read on the internet this can take weeks or months even to disappear. I wasn’t given an aftercare leaflet to refer back too.

Charlotte did a fantastic job of my feet. She was very professional, despite me having very dry skin and there being a lot to take off she didn’t make me feel embarrassed she just discretely disposed off it and continued with the pedicure treatment. Despite advice from everyone I went for OPI colour and I’m pleased to say it’s still looking as lovely as it did the day it went on over a week ago. Thank you Charlotte will definitely be back. It was a lovely bonus to receive it at a special price as a new customer too.

I had a spray tan and as I am nearly 50 and body conscious I felt nervous. Franca was fabulous and totally put me at ease, she gave good advise and made the whole experience much better than I anticipated. Brilliant salon with excellent service.

Nikki was lovely, talked me through the appointment, made me feel super comfortable & the tan colour she recommended is gorgeous! I'll be back for more!

I have no idea what the therapist name was. I was not told when booking neither when I arrived at the salon. The therapist didn’t introduce herself. However she was a pleasant girl with a good manner. She explained everything and I am pleased with the result. I feel that the therapist was rushing to get to her next client. I won’t be going again. I think you’re only made welcome if you go very regularly.

Fabulous brows. Not has done for a while pending growth and she did a fab job matching up!

If you plan on having LVL lashes, request Miranda, she did an excellent job of mine and I'm so happy with them, will definitely request Miranda next time I go.

Had a Supa Dupa relaxing facial today . Was really pleased with Laura who managed to give me a great facial despite the fact that I have a fairly large burn on my face .I thought the facial might get rearranged ! She avoided the sore area and was so professional and careful. 5***** service. Thank you x

A thoroughly fabulous experience right from walking through the door. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. It was my first visit to Concepts and I was put at ease straight away.

I have been seeing Nikki for HD brows now for about 6 months and my brows have never looked so good.

Concepts is a beautiful salon. Very attentive staff who run on time, delivering intricate therapies which I have enjoyed for the last few years, including an Indian head massage yesterday.

I liked I was asked to focus on breathing and the deeper pressure parts the most. My face looked less lined and fresher which made me feel better. The therapist was very nice and I felt comfortable.

Really enjoyed my facial. Miranda is very helpful and caring....... and we have a laugh!! As always - love my visits to this lovely salon ????????
