The stylist was very pleasant and welcoming and I was very pleased with my nails- a special treat as I was going on hols for Christmas. However on day 4 2 nails peeled off and by day 5 all 10 were off. I was on holiday so couldn’t return to concepts however I won’t return. Interestingly whilst waiting for my appointment I overheard a lady saying her nails had also come off

We booked to have my 7 year old daughters ears pierced as part of her Christmas present. Concepts had been recommended to me by a friend whom had heard positive reviews about the service and I wasn’t disappointed. Staff were lovely and professional with both myself and my daughter. They explained the whole procedure thoroughly and tried to put my daughter at ease. My daughter was totally relaxed and her ears were pierced with no problems at all. Nikki showed both my daughter and I how to care properly for her new piercings and gave us some written supportive information. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend concepts. My daughter and I both felt it was an exciting and enjoyable experience which is exactly what I had hoped for. Many thanks Nikki for such an excellent service.

I had a really good brow treatment this evening, my brows are tinted and waxed to perfection. The therapist was lovely and friendly and couldn’t have done a better job. Thank you

I booked a pedicure online but on the day I was unavoidably delayed and was consequently late for my appointment.

I rang to advise them whilst on my way to the salon & I was advised both on the phone & in person on arrival politely & fairly that the delay meant there was insufficient time to complete the full pedicure which would take an hour to complete. We discussed the options and rather than rushing we discussed what was the most important for me which in this circumstance was the file and polish. I therefore had and was charged for a file and polish instead.

The staff were all polite and friendly, they did not make me feel ackward in any way about my lateness despite the inconvenience it must have caused and the therapist even apologised to me for being unable to complete the procedure that I had booked even thought it was caused by my lateness and was of no fault of the salon at all.

Franca what a star. My feet have hone from hobbit feet to heavenly soles.

I have been a client for 9 years now. I could go to any other salon but WOULDN'T!! I feel welcome and the girls are all lovely! Also always happy with the end result.

Laura is amazing at deep tissue massage.I have been visiting her for 6 years and she has always found my tension/trigger points and problem areas before and throughout spinal issues and even following spinal surgery!I recommend her to everyone & would not be without her!You can trust that if it is an intense massage you are after then Laura is the best!

Laura is excellent with all my treatments and best thing is when I have my manicure she chooses my colour which is the best part.
