Chatlotte made my appt very enjoyable. The pedicure left me feeling relaxed and really surprised at how my feet felt and for a change looked.

I have had a few different treatments with Andrea and every time I feel she goes the extra mile. I never feel rushed, she has a professional and calm manner & i always come away feeling pampered and relaxed.

As soon as you walk in you are immediately greeted with warmth and a friendly face. Lovely to chat to and make you feel very at home. As for my BNS Massage Laura is fantastic, easy to get along with and great to chat to which continues the relaxed atmosphere. Always come out feeling amazing and always left wanting to come back the very next day!! Comfortable beds with a nice warm temperature, always smells amazing in every room too and very well maintained level of hygiene. Keep up the wonderful work Concepts, as you are doing fantastically, would not change a thing.

I had a lovely warm welcome from all the staff , Sianne was very personable and made me feel welcome , she was very professional & informative , I am so pleased I have found Concepts to help me with all my skin care needs .

I thought the therapist was called Leanne but it might have been Sianne.

Andrea did a very professional and slick job on my legs and bikini line. Pristine legs despite the warm conditions and threat of wax strip shortage (delivered in the nick of time)! Great service.

Cloda was absaloutly amazing so was all the staff extremly friendy clodagh looked after me i had nails and spray tan done i was more than happy with the outcome and would definetly go back for same treatments and diffferent ones i would highly recommend this place VALUE FOR MONEY
