Lovely caring appointment that made my daughter feel special and at ease

Have been coming to concepts for a while now for versions treatments and each and every time, I leave feeling calm, relaxed, pampered. All the staff are very welcoming and the atmosphere is just lovely.
Today I came for a ESPA facial after having some issues with my skin. I can say my skin was left feeling deeply cleansed and fresh and with excellent advise from Nikki a few cheeky products were bought too. Looking forward to my next one.

Top service from start to finish.
We called in to book an appointment but were delighted to be fitted in the same afternoon very quickly.
Everything was talked through first by Andrea explaining what she would be doing. The piercing went smoothly & the aftercare explanation was spot on.
Would highly recommend Concepts & Andrea for this service they made us feel very welcome & put my daughter at ease.

What a fab experience!. Had the Aspa luxury holistic face, back and scalp treatment, totally recommend it. Miranda was so professional, skilled and friendly. She explained everything and catered the treatment to my needs. Left so relaxed!!!!

First class service at this salon !! Interior display of products, well presented , all staff curtious ,and all look smart in their salon uniforms. Nikki our therapist, is very attentive to our requests, and has fantastic interpersonal skills with both my daughter who is a shy 14 year old and myself at 50 !! Would highly recommend this salon !!

Had this treatment was amazing went in with a headache due to tension and it had gone after my treatment . Was recommended a way forward to relieve tension so I have booked again for 2 weeks time .
