Nice friendly athmosphere. Not sure of the long term result. Quite pricey, more expensive than my usual facial in London.

Had a manicure & spa pedicure with Charlotte this morning and couldn't be more happier. Charlotte provided a fantastic sevice and was very attentive. Lovely massage to end my treatment.

I had a manicure and shellac nail polish from Emma almost 2 weeks ago. The shellac is still perfect. I very pleased .

Eyes done on my first trip into concepts, & a calm atmosphere made me feel very welcome.

Had 3 facials at concepts from Franca. Franca was really knowledgable and explained the treatments and products really well. I was very relaxed during the facials and would recommend both the treatment and having Franca as a therapist.

I'm never disappointed with the treatments at Concepts. The staff are always friendly and helpful and it's always a pleasure to visit.

The salon managed to accommodate my needs with a couple of hours notice.Proffessional and warm therapists and helpful friendly front of house staff

Really disappointed with my brows. They look no different to a normal wax and dye, but to top it all off the therapist ripped my skin off under my brow, not only was it really painful it’s now scabed under my eye. I can’t wear any makeup and I go on holiday tomorrow. I paid £35, which seems so expensive, I wouldn’t mind if they looked good but it’s been 2 days and already they are almost back to my natural colour. Really disappointed. Won’t be coming again.

Loved my full body massage, totally put at my ease, relaxed and loved allyson’s company and professional but down to earth service.

Arrived at Salon, small wait due to staff meeting but no issue there. Once seen too treatments from start to finish were done professionally and efficiently. Friendly staff Laura very attentive could not have had a better back and neck massage, pedicure and manicure. Have booked my next treatments.

Myself and a friend had manicures here and came away with different opinions. I was very happy with the service and quality of the experience but my friend said she felt her beautician was rough and caught her skins more than once when doing cuticles. She was also not pleased with the final quality of the polish.

4 years on and still exceptional, would recommend anyone, have had treatments with probably all the different therapists. Franca you have been my therapist for the last 18 months and what can I say other than FABULOUS!!!! Don't change a thing.

Absolutely loved it. Booked this last minute as need some time to relax whilst being 5 months pregnant. I did not know where the time went, i was THAT relaxed! Hoping to book this on a monthly basis before I give birth!!
