I have been visiting Concepts for over 5 years, mainly for waxing and manicures. The quality of all the treatments are fantastic and the staff are lovely. The surroundings are very relaxing and I can’t praise the experience highly enough.

A place to feel at home on a snowy day. The staff worked schedules around customers struggling with the weather.

I started having the new hot wax treatment on Nikki’s recommendation after having some reactions to ordinary wax and it’s great, no problems after any of the three treatments. I have had so far. All staff are super friendly and helpful and everything is very professional. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

Andrea was very thorough and meticulous in her delivery of my treatments ( full leg and bikini wax, Shellac feet and hands) It was a long haul and Andrea didn’t have a break all day but was great company and totally professional .

Always a lovely experience

Booked myself in for a couple of treatments this week with Nikki - Espa facial, pedicure and manicure. Espa facial was fabulous really relaxing, loved the choice of products and my skin felt great afterwards. Manicure and pedicure both great also, Just what I needed for a little treat. Always find the staff to be friendly and professional and knowledgeable about the products. Was also invited to be a model for a make up demonstration while I was there which was a definite bonus! Thank you Concepts!

Having had a tough couple of weeks the result was showing in my eyes. Laura suggested eye logic which was absolutely wonderful. Very relaxing and just what I needed. I know feel relaxed and more myself. And I don’t look 20 years older.. winner winner!

A fab pedicure, made to feel very pampered! The whole experience was lovely and the therapist very attentive and kind. Concepts is pricier than a lot of other salons but worth it. The room was a little on the chilly side today but other than that, a great experience.

I’ve been going to Concepts for years and whoever the beauty therapist has been, I have always enjoyed an attentive and very professional treatment.
