Wonderful experience

I wasn't slim enough, young enough, rich enough or attractive enough to gò to a Beauty Salon - but in the end I felt I had no choice. My 40 year history of severe coarse hair on my chin was no longer responding to removal cream. I had to leave it on longer and longer, chemicals burning my skin. It wasn't easy to find a salon that did electrolysis. So, off to Concepts I went. All my fears were unfounded. Everyone was friendly and accepting. After all these years I am well on the way to having a hair free chin. No longer having to be conscious of 'the problem 24/7. I can't easily put into words the difference this has made to me personally. And it has been affordable. I must also comment that I have been really blessed to have had Mandy doing my treatment.

So relaxing, beautiful products, glowing skin! Thank you Laura!

In all honesty I only booked here because my regular salon was fully booked. But from now on this will be my first point of call! Very friendly atmosphere and everyone was so welcoming and professional! 5 stars all round!!
