It was my first visit to Concepts.
I was made to feel very welcome despite being late for my appointment.
Very friendly & accommodating. Toe and fingernails look great. I would certainly return again. Thank you.

Top quality service! It’s very hard to come across good friendly service and I have to say I’m very impressed. My first time at concepts and I’ll definitely be returning! I felt very welcomed and the lady who did my beauty service, made me feel very relaxed and maintained a friendly conversation! Keep up the good work.

Had a fabulous visit today - full leg & under arm wax followed by pedicure & polish. Staff helpful, friendly & attentive as usual - nothing too much trouble. Very pleased with the results too.

Lovely lift facial this morning. My skin feels amazing and you can definitely see a difference after a few treatments. Miranda as usual was fab. Looking forward to using the new Espa tanning cream that I purchased too x

Your experience is dependant on your therapist . Franca is fabulous . Her massage is relaxing , her knowledge regarding skin care has a real depth and her customer service / communication is outstanding .

I go here on a regular basis and this time was disappointing and not up to the standard I have received previously.

I'm not great at handling waxes but she was so lovely and patient with me, couldn't have asked for better service.

I arrived early as Laura's client & was seen immediately. No time even to sit in reception as I have done for long periods in the past. My treatment was perfect & I would now recommend her & Franca, definitely.

This is the first time I have had shellac nails so didn't know what to expect. I wasn't too impressed to have my finger cut and on inspection when I got home most nails have the edges missed or they are bumpy

Everything about Concepts Beauty Salon is first class, whether the therapist, treatments, hygiene, staff etc can't fault it in anyway. I have used other salons in the past and none have come anywhere close to the standards I have got use to at Concepts Beauty. Would highly recommend.

It was my first time getting waxed. Clodagh helped to put me at ease and did a fantastic job at both my waxing and my shellac file and polish! Would highly recommend this beauticians!

Great treatment but falls down when relying on the receptionist to check whether dry and apply oil and receptionist cannot get away from reception.

Fab professional experience, advised well on which colour to go, without looking like a carrot! Made me feel comfortable even stood there half naked!

If you want a proper massage to get rid of knots and tension then Laura is the one. It's not relaxing but you feel so much better.
