Had the most wonderful pedicure and foot massage with shellac finish, excellent in every what a way to start the weekend!!!

Never disappointed, very friendly staff, always make you feel welcome. Nikki is great although all staff are highly recommended.

As usual a lovely experience! Nikki did my nails today which are suffering from overuse of shellac! She gave me advice, sorted out 1 real problem nail and then gave me a lovely manicure. Thanks Nikki.

Took both my girls for their ears pierced today on a recommendation and the experience could not have been better. Franka put the girls at ease and did a great job, we didn't feel rushed at all. All staff we met whilst at the salon were so friendly too. Would definitely recommend.

Surroundings very nice and staff were polite and friendly. When I booked I was told to come a few minutes early, which I did. ( about 5. This wasn't specified when I booked) I was then asked to complete a questionnaire which I duly did. What I didn't know was that this was eating in to my treatment time. Although very relaxing I did not get a 25 minute massage that I had paid for. My therapist was lovely and very knowledgeable. It was more like 15 minutes. I wish I had been asked to attend 15 minutes before my appointment as it was my first time coming to this salon.
I would hope that this is communicated to new clients. Concepts already had me on their database as I had made enquiries about a manicure some months previously. Perhaps this is where the mix up was.

As always....an amazing experience!!! Franca is an absolute asset to your salon!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I attended the salon for a half leg wax following a very painful experience 15 years ago elsewhere . My therapist was Franca & she was amazing. So gentle & totally put me at ease. She has done other treatments for me in the past & I would certainly recommend her .

Feeling holiday ready after my leg & bikini wax at Concepts, lovely salon and staff, would definitely recommend!

I was bought a gift voucher for a bit of pregnancy pampering before baby arrived. Just had my nails done by Laura who was lovely and professional throughout and my nails look amazing. Will definitely be back.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and make you feel comfortable whilst your having your spray tan done.

The spray tan iv had done today is a lovely colour , light weight, naturall looking and really light weight compared to any other tans iv had done before.

I will definitely be booking another spray tan again.

Wow! Was nearly all I can say. Thank you andrea and all at concepts, what service. I have spent months walking past the foot spa chairs and finally got around to booking in, so pleased I did, what a treat. Usually I do a quick lick of nail varnish myself on my toes.... this was as far from that as possible. Lovely , friendly helpful
Staff to help the indecision of colour choice, refreshments and able to rest after treatment too. A lovely pedicure, leg massage and polish, with an accompanied back massage in the chair. A true treat. Thank you lovely ladies, I will be back.
