Booked in for a full body massage and made the salon aware I was pregnant which wasn't a problem. Lovely therapist took me through to the treatment room and explained how they use a bean bag for resting your bump and head/shoulders on for the back massage and then position me comfortably on the bed for a leg and arm massage. This is the best way I've had a pregnancy massage!! I was super comfortable throughout and extremely relaxed. My back feels like new and my legs and feet are throroughly refreshed. Wonderful relaxing experience with knowledgable therapists, couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!

I had Mandy, the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. The thing that I like best about Concepts is that there is a mix of young staff and older very experienced staff that many of us can relate to.

I go to Concepts for my HD brows done. Nicky is always amazing and very professional and knowledgeable, yet also very friendly. My brows are always amazing. This time however, I went for a spray tan and although there was something wrong with the machine the first time I wen t , I called up to say my tan hadn't developed properly and the receptionist went out of her way to get me an appointment (complimentary!) so that I still had my tan for my night out. They were very apologetic - even though it was no ones fault really. Loved the tan and had comments on how natural it looked!! Love this salon

I love this salon. You just know that everything is going to be done right here. Spray tans are spot on , shellac and shellac removal always perfect and never left with any damaged nails. IPL appointments are so professionally executed. Salon is clean and professional.

So NIKKI is the ultimate professional. She knows exactly what she is doing (& then some)...and makes you feel completely at ease...but what makes her special is her incredible personality. Friendly, approachable and above all listens to what you are saying. So you come away from the salon 100% happy with your treatment. I wouldn't let anyone else loose on my eyebrows...

I had a voucher given for my Birthday,so it was the first time I had a facial,my skin feel ready soft I also found the experence very relaxing.

I have been today for a spray tan, the lady that did it made me feel so comfortable and relaxed it's never easy 2 b naked in front of ppl u don't no. She was chatty and friendly. Definitely go back there.

Have a least one treatment each month; not only is it worth every penny, it is so relaxing to be pampered.

Excellent from start to finish, very simple and easy to use booking system, lovely receptionist. I was booked in with Laura who was excellent and I would definitely return. The place had a very clean and professional feel to it which was excellent.

Waited several minutes at reception before anyone spoke to me. My nail technician was friendly and explained what she was doing, although I don't remember her introducing herself.
On completion of the varnish she explained she had another client and that another member of staff would see me in about 10 minutes. It was at least 20 minutes before anyone spoke to me. The final result was very disappointing as it had a gritty texture which I hadn't initially noticed. I was offered a revarnish but would have had to return several hours later. I requested, and was given, a refund for the varnish.

Took months to pluck up the courage to have permanent eyebrows but well worth it. Not painful just strange stinging feeling.

My daughter had a Teenage Facial at Concepts carried out by beauty therapist, Miranda. The whole experience was fantastic and professional. The Facial was aimed at teenage skin and was very thorough. Miranda also offered expert advice on cleansing routine which was really helpful. My daughter loved it and will definitely be returning for another Facial soon.
