I was only booked in for an eyelash and eyebrow tint and tidy but felt thoroughly relaxed and comfortable from start to finish. Very happy with the treatment and the result.

I came for a bikini wax at 10am today.
When I have been to the toilet after it is ridiculous, looks like I haven’t even had it done.
The small area that has been done is patchy an hairs all over.
For the price I paid it was a true waste of money and time.
Will not be recommending Conceps.

Excellent service. First time I have had my toenails done. Friendly and coffee provided as well as a massage in chair while having my nails done. So many colours to choose from.. I will definitely go back and try another colour

My monthly session with Miranda was lovely as always. However when I went back to reception to pay the lady was brusque and rude. She didn't ask if I wanted to book my monthly appointment and was very brusque over the payment. When I queried the amount she was very off hand as if I didn't have a right to question. The treatment has gone up to £92 without any warning and I do not expect to be treated that way when handing over this amount of money. I will not unfortunately be booking again.

Had my first treatment with Concepts on Thursday, a personalised facial with Franca and it was absolutely amazing. I had a consultation beforehand where we talked all about my goals, my skin problems and my daily routine and then Franca created a custom facial for all my needs and wants. She was amazing and my skin looks better than ever. Already booked my next one in! Thanks so much Franca.
