Had a male manicure at concepts today with Lana. I’ve never had this done before but it was absolutely perfect! Lana went above and beyond to give me the best first time experience and it was lovely talking to her. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Concepts for many years now and all the staff are so lovely. I can thoroughly recommend the ESPA back massage with facial and head massage by Miranda. 90 minutes of absolute pampering and complete relaxation.

I was dissapointed that after using a £70 gift voucher I had to pay another £23, personally thought that this was really expensive, the selection of nail polish was very small and the finished result on my manicure was not too great I think the application was too thick, sorry for these negative reveiws

Had the hydradermie my skin feels so good. A wonderful relaxing experience absolutely worth every penny.

Pleased with nails. Overall happy with spray tan although on fingers, writs and knees these have white lines in the skin folds.

Pedicure was lovely and feet feel so soft.
Only disappointment was I had booked to include manicure but receptionist not booked. But will look forward to another visit as lovec the environment. Very calm and relaxing.
