Asked for new colour and style, after box dying my hair for a number of years due to cost. Decided to have a change, go for something completely different. Following a consultation with Ben and taking the plunge, I got just what I was looking for. Was a little nervous, but Ben knows me well and the end result was just what I was looking for .thank you Ben

Ben always makes sure of what the client wants and will give suggestions so that you feel you have explored all things before deciding!

Amazing tone of my hair. Still got my dark roots but trying to lighten and fight the grey gradually just under 12 months on. Great team 👏 at Rubies. Alesha and Ben helping me stay young gracefully. Such a lovely welcome at Rubies every time I visit. ❤️

Excellent thorough service as usual

Alesha has certainly got her wings to move to the next stage of her training. Delighted, exactly what I asked of her as well as delivering all the customer skills you would expect. Also pleasing to see her well managed by Millie who gave her clear SMART objectives. The Salon, in their new premises, deserve every success.

Had a lovely first visit today, friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Knowledgeable and informative and Annabelle did just what I asked for. My hair was in need of styling but as I’m growing it I wanted the bare minimum taken off. A lovely job , she did just what I asked for 😊

Well!!!. I went to do a little shopping after my hair appointment. As I walk into the little shopping centre I was approached by a lady about my age who said. "I'm sorry to stare.. I know it's rude. But your hair is Amazing... Beautiful. ". Well done Alisha. Xx

My time with Ben is always fab, a bit of a relax along with a few chuckles! After a full head colour and a lovely blow I left the salon today and headed to the shops within an hour 2 random strangers told me they loved my hair colour and how nice it looked! Thanks Ben xx
