Annabelle is always amazing, as are the whole team. Today we talked through some fears I have due to thinning hair and Annabelle was fantastic, changing what we had planned for today’s apt and making a plan together for the next apt. Couldn’t be happier with my choice of salon and stylist

I always leave Rubies feeling like a million dollars! All the staff are lovely and welcoming. Millie colours my hair and Ben cuts it for me; exactly how I want it, and they both do such an amazing job. I would give them both 6 stars if I could. Always a great experience and the new salon is just gorgeous and so relaxing. Can’t wait for my next visit to come around.

Love the new salon!! It has a totally different feel, it is a very calming atmosphere with more subdued lighting in the cutting room. I still had rhe same great experience, talking through my hair with Louise prior to a cut and blow dry. Always feel better after a good chat and catch up, as well as feeling good about my hair.

Thank you Ben for colouring, highlighting and cutting my hair today. I love it 🙌. Such a beautiful new salon and what an amazing team 👏

My first visit was such a delight.
The trainee (forgot her name sorry) was super lovely, made me a cuppa and gave an amazing head massage and good chat.
Millie fully went through exactly what hair style I wanted which was super fab because the previous salon I visited didn't quite get it right or give me such full attention.
She was honest with me on how to achieve the colour and condition I desire and explained each product she used.
I've come away with my hair looking exactly how I had hoped it would and feeling really good about myself.
Cant wait for my next appointment!

Annabelle is so good at listening and understanding what I want and then puts her own spin on things, which to be honest, I always go with. I trust her with any new style and colour. The new surroundings for Rubies are amazing too.

First time at the new premises and unfortunately was on crutches and had to go through gym to use lift . I was so thankful for that. I wasn't 100% myself. I was in a little pain due to my sciatica but Ben and the lovely lady that washed my hair was fabulous and so understanding and kind. They did my hair fabulously given the difficulties I had at times . Thank you so much Ben and that lady. Fabulous Rubies.

Millie was absolutely amazing! I came in after having a cut I wasn’t happy with from another salon, and she completely turned things around. She really listened to what I wanted and took the time to understand the styles I like. Millie created a look that I absolutely love and even showed me how to achieve it at home. I couldn’t be happier with the result—highly recommend her!

I have been going to Millie for years, and can’t recommend her enough. She’s friendly and professional and she always does an amazing job. The new salon is beautiful as well!

As always Ben has done a fantastic job with my colour and cut. He knows my hair, listens to my concerns and is always happy to offer helpful tips and advice. Asked for new colour and style, after box dying my hair for a number of years due to cost. Decided to have a change, go for something completely different. Following a consultation with Ben and taking the plunge, I got just what I was looking for. Was a little nervous, but Ben knows me well and the end result was just what I was looking for .thank you Ben

Alesha has certainly got her wings to move to the next stage of her training. Delighted, exactly what I asked of her as well as delivering all the customer skills you would expect. Also pleasing to see her well managed by Millie who gave her clear SMART objectives. The Salon, in their new premises, deserve every success.
