First time at the new premises and unfortunately was on crutches and had to go through gym to use lift . I was so thankful for that. I wasn't 100% myself. I was in a little pain due to my sciatica but Ben and the lovely lady that washed my hair was fabulous and so understanding and kind. Had a lovely first visit today, friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Knowledgeable and informative and Annabelle did just what I asked for. My hair was in need of styling but as I’m growing it I wanted the bare minimum taken off. A lovely job , she did just what I asked for 😊
