First visit.. Ben gave me time and discussed how he was going to style my hair. I think it's going hk be OK.

I love it when we both feel I need more colour or a change then I just leave it up to Ben.

Ben always colours and finishes my hair lovely over the years and i mean years when i used to have normal colour in my hair. I now have a full head of grey hair but the Ash colours Ben chooses to brighten it up is absolutely fabulous. Ive already had a compliment from my friend it makes me look younger. I love coming to have my hair styled. The whole experience is enjoyable from start to finish. My stylist knows exactly how I like my hair and always gives advice on products and colour, especially when I have a complete colour change. I have total confidence in my stylist and all the other staff are friendly too.

Love having my hair done here! Great atmosphere in the salon a really warm and friendly place where you can relax in the hands of an expert stylist. Always come away feeling better and looking good.

Love coming to Rubies and they are always able to squeeze me in to get my roots or all my hair done. First time I have my hair done from Aaliyah so wasn’t sure how she would be. She was brilliant! Millie explained to her I have stubborn grey hair. So Aaliyah went through my hair after she applied the colour to make sure each and every strand was covered. She even made sure I was satisfied. It didn’t feel like Aaliyah was new, she was chatty like the other Rubies team

Millie spends time discussing how your hair has been since the last cut and asks what you want doing. If unsure she always offers suggestions, and won’t suggest something she knows you won’t like. She really takes the time to build rapport and I always feel in good hands with Millie. She is an amazing stylist whom I’ve been using for many years. I’m always super pleased with the outcome. Hairdressing is an art, Millie is an artist. She is a cut above the rest!

Fabulous colour and cut as always by Ben, I always come away feeling great and happy, Ben is great at styling my thick hair and the style stays all the way through growing out, highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been coming here for years and can hand on heart say as a curly girl, i wouldnt feel comfortable going anywhere else to have my hair dealt with.
Always leave the salon chair with the feeling of not wanting to leave my hair alone and the biggest smile on my face. They all do an amazing job and with excellent customer service.

A really lovely salon. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Millie gave me great advice and explained, how she would cut my hair, what products she was using and why. The staff member washing my hair also explained what she was using and why. I would definitely recommend Rubies to anyone.
