The experience at Rubies never disappoints.
I have never left a review before and suddenly thought I should.
I have been coming to Ben for many years and I cannot speak highly enough of him.
He always cuts my hair in the style I like and the cut lasts till my next visit. He is interesting to chat too and he always makes the experience pleasurable . Rubies…….. you are lucky to have him!!
Thanks too, to Milly today for giving me lots of suggestions for things to do and places to visit in New Zealand. The whole team are a credit to each other and I can honestly say Rubies is the best salon I have ever used.

I am to the salon today feeling lost with my hair. I initially had a consultant last week and talked through options.

I had my first trim here today with Ben after being recommended and I'm so glad i did! I'm an anxious person, especially with my hair, but i was immediately put at ease when i walked in. Everyone was lovely and Ben was thorough with the consultation and made sure i was happy and that we were on the same page with what i wanted. He did a great job from the washing my hair to the chopping and drying (i was nervous as I've had people burn my head and be too rough, but there wasn't a single bit of discomfort with Ben!).
All in all, i will definitely be returning ☺️
