Amazing experience for my daughters to have the “full works” hair wash, cut and blow dry with Fiona. Lovely cut and well styled with tips for haircare and products too - five stars from us all, thank you!

Fiona at Saks has been doing my hair for the past 3 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She has so much patience whilst I scroll through images of inspiration and always offers great advice on what will suit me. She is a brilliant colourist and stylist and I love visiting the salon. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new hairdresser.

A very welcoming salon, both Fiona and Joseph are warm and friendly eager to satisfy their customers.
I moved to the area 3 years ago and after trying other salons in the area found Saks far superior to the others. I visit regularly and have never been disappointed.

I first went to Fiona for a haircut at the start of the Pandemic and have continued visiting Fiona since. She has given me the confidence to try out different hairstyles and to try colouring which I had never done before. I trust her expertise and suggestions. Spending time at the salon is like visiting a Spa - Fiona takes great care in making sure a client is pampered and comfortable. I enjoy visiting the salon and it always makes me laugh when Fiona asks “Did husband like?”. Yes, he did, Fiona! Thank you!

I have been going to Fiona for a while now and always end up with amazing hair. I have naturally curly hair and she knows exactly what to do with it, I just sit there and she does her magic. I regularly get compliments on how it looks. Fiona is a lovely and very talented lady - highly recommend if you are looking for a hairdresser who knows her way round curls.

A lovely welcoming salon and a pleasure to visit. Personal service in a relaxing environment and after the consultation tea is offered . I have been going to Saks for many years now and Joseph is an excellent hairdresser who is patient and understands every aspect of colouring . I had colour and highlights and am extremely pleased with it. The salon also offers advice on products which has also worked very well for me.

Just had my colour done with Fiona. We completley changed the colour of my hair and what a result , so plesed . Very experinced colourist .

Not the usual standard I have received previously.
Picture I showed had long layers, my hair was cut very short to ½ inch. Back and top not straight.
I wish you well but will not be returning as too upset
