Not the usual standard I have received previously.
Picture I showed had long layers, my hair was cut very short to ½ inch. Back and top not straight.
I wish you well but will not be returning as too upset

What a superb place. Both Fiona and Jason are excellent. Jason takes time to find out what you are looking for and is able to deliver. I’ve been to the elite salons in London in Mayfair and Marylebone at top prices and Saks in ilkley is as good. They offer excellent styling and consultation. Very nice colour results. Nice people too. Highly recommend.
