I've been going to Fiona for years and she always does a fantastic job. I always come out feeling like a new woman and have had many compliments on my cut, blowdry or restyle over the years.

She once did keratin straightening which affected her, me and the whole salon with fumes but she never grumbled once! She just got on with the job in hand and got fantastic results for me.

She used to train hairdressers and always follows the brief but makes suggestions if she senses that your hair might respond better with something different. Definitely highly recommended.

I have been having my hair done for the past 2 years or more by Fiona. She is so knowledgeable and has never disappointed me at all.
I recently underwent a total restyle, and i love it, Fiona does a lot of research prior to find styles she feels best suit and works with you to achieve your desired look. Fiona, you have done and continue to do a great job on my hair

I have my hair cut and coloured by Fiona. A scalp massage is included in the price which is so relaxing. Fiona is a very experienced hair stylist and is capable of listening to your requests and carrying them out to perfection. In fact she is a perfectionist! I can say honestly that she is the best hairstylist I have ever had and I have been to many different hairdressers. I highly recommend Fiona to anyone who is needing a good hairstylist.

This afternoon, I got my hair cut by Fiona - it my first visit to Saks and it was excellent - Fiona listened so carefully and adapted brilliantly to my requests. I left with the exact haircut I had pictured
A great experience. I was a bit nervous about getting my hair done because of COVID, but I felt really safe here. I didn't have to touch a thing while I was there, hand sanitiser was offered, and there was clearly a lot of measures that had been put in place - screens to partition off spaces, visors, very few people allowed in any space at once.
Highly recommended!

It’s always challenging trying a new salon particularly when you’ve got pillar box red hair, Joseph and Fiona are an amazing team and my hair looks better than it ever has, I’m hooked, THANK YOU!

Fiona, is very professional from the way her appearance is, thoughtout the consulation. Double checking what she is doing, first. She thought out how I would manage the style my self, which was nessacry and thoughtful.

Joseph has done a great cut on my hair. Just what I asked for which was something low maintainable. I plan to return when it needs a trim.

As always a pleasure to visit Saks for my monthly trim, Fiona is a brilliant hairstylist and so welcoming.

As always, Joseph was amazing. Never disappoints.

Fiona & Joseph are always very helpful. They make you feel at home. Fiona now gives me a scalp massage which makes having my hair done a holistic experience. I think all hairdressers should be trained in this way.

Joseph is great - always a fantastic end result and he never tells me off for leaving it too long between visits!

I am so happy with my new style and colour. It’s fabulous, I feel younger and lighter. Joseph took the time to really understand what I wanted and strand tested the colours to ensure it was going to give me what I wanted.
