Staff very friendly & helpful. Some hair salons offer a head massage when applying conditioner or have a chair which massages the back. This would be a nice extra making the overall process of having the hair styled a very relaxing experience.

What a find ask needed a great hairdresser for my boys on a visit to Ilkley. Joseph was fantastic and so good my Mum and I both had our hair done too. Highly recommend this Salon!

I am picky about my hairdressers because i like to indulge in occasional make overs/experiments with hairstyles ...so trust is important...Joseph is really good at what he does...I ve have had two sessions with him getting hair cut and coloured...both times, i only had some pics with me to give him an idea of what i wanted...he had samples of my hair (from my haircutting session) ready and colored in different shades with labels when I came back in to get my hair colored a week after getting my hair cut!! I knew how the color could look like before i committed to it and because of that, I really appreciated the effort and planning... I felt like a valued customer..I had a full head balyage done and my hairs absolutely fantastic!! I love it :)

Joseph fit me in this evening when my actual appointment was 2 days away! This was perfect for me!! He listened to the look I wanted and talked me through the process, etc! Showed me what it looked like o he back mirror at all stages and kept asking me if it felt ok. Did I want anything changed, anymore taken off anywhere, etc. He was professional but friendly, it’s rare these days to find people who deliver such good customer service without it sounding try hard, Joseph was just easy going. You feel very comfortable sat having your hair done! Talked me through products, colour options. The cut of my hair is amazing and I will most DEFINITELY be back! Thank you so much!

How can someone charge £20 for a ten minute hair cut which has been the worst hair cut I have ever had , hair different lengths some sticking up and the sides off my hair one side is thicker then the other.

I have been coming here for years and i really wouldn't know what to do without this salon. I have very long thick hair that's a big challenge to manage and these guys are expert!

Thought it was a little shabby and uninspiring inside, could do with a lick of paint and the towels were threadbare. I was also pretty cold when waiting. I did however get one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had!

Very attentive treatment, delivered with accuracy and precision. Joseph is continuously refining his techniques and the results speak for themselves. A massive well done from me. As far as I am concerned, this is the only hair salon in Ilkley.

Was feeling like a sparkly Christmas bauble in the hair roots department and Joseph managed to transform me back to a princess with his clever combination of colour techniques and defrizzing treatments!! Very Happy :)

After an initial consultation, I booked my first appointment at Saks for highlights and a cut and blow dry. I was impressed with the highly professional service I received from the salon’s experienced stylist, Joseph. He knew exactly how to transform my hair from a dull, blended blonde with a greeny/grey tinge to a bright, shiny, natural looking highlighted appearance. An excellent, warm and friendly salon, I am so happy with my hair; it’s the best it has looked in three years!!! I will definitely be returning to Saks, Ilkley.
