Fiona spent a lot of time making me feel comfortable. And showed me how to make my hair look good when at home.

I had a lovely experience at saks. Fiona cut and styled my hair. Fiona was lovely from start to finish. Very professional.

Had my first appointment today - Joseph highlighted & cut my hair - so pleased with it! Would definitely recommend!

Having my hair done this afternoon in preparation for my sons wedding next week. Good consultation with Fiona for a cut, wash and blow dry. Nice surprise with final style looking great, curley, special for the wedding. I've had my hair done by both Joseph and Fiona and both are creative, professional and friendly. Lovely salon and always available at short notice. Fab!

Visited Saks, Ben Rydding for the first time today and was very impressed with the end result, not to mention Joeseph is a decent guy. He understood exactly what I wanted and gave great advice regarding products and more importantly the ingredients within certain products that would be best to use on my hair. Highly recommend.

Great hair colour today..a hairdresser who actually listens to what you want rather than doing what is easiest for them!!

I don't usually enjoy getting my hair cut but this time was different. Joseph was great and turned my rather tired and shapeless style into something really gorgeous. He listened to what I asked for and did pretty much exactly that. Using a new client offer voucher the cut was extremely good value, but I'll be happy to pay full price in future. I think I've finally found what I've been looking for in hairdresser - thank you Joseph!

I have had alopecia now for 6 years but thankfully for the past 2 it has got a lot better with only a few patches compared to being completely bald. Understandably this means I am very greatful for my hair but also quite nervous to have it done.
Joseph was absolutely wonderful, he was really patient going through looks and choosing something that would suit me and keep my hair in good condition but also incorporating the look I like.
The finished result is wonderful and he put in so much care and attention.

I enjoy going to Saks BenRhdding. Joseph does my hair and is an excellent cutter, coloured and a perfectionist. Always made to feel welcome by Joseph and Fiona. Have recently taken advantage of a full loyalty card which makes price reasonable. The salon has recently been decorated and looks clean and modern. I

Joseph was very attentive and did exactly what I wanted. He uses high quality products and recommended an excellent product for dryness at the ends of my long hair. He spent time and effort to give me an excellent result. I left the salon feeling ten feet tall!

Joseph is a brilliant hairdresser. Having described the look that I wanted to achieve, he cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. He runs a lovely salon with a very relaxing atmosphere. Excellent cup of coffee as well! Thank you.

Joseph always does a great job of my hair; he cuts it quite short but it consistently grows out really nicely and lasts for ages. We have good chat too! ;)

Hi, I didn't receive the service I was expecting. My hair is curly and I wanted it straight and with shape in the end. It has shape in the ends but it is still frizzy. Not a great result. Maybe I didn't explain myself properly,

I have been going to Joseph for several years and I am always pleased with the results . I have very fine hair which needs a good precision cut and he always takes his time to listens and does a brilliant job.
