Natalie is always very friendly and discussed all the options I had as I didn't want the same as usual. She didn't try to persuade to do something I didn't feel was right for me and that is why I have been going to her for over 15 years

This was my second visit . Had a shampoo and cut . I like how the people their take care of you . Nice freindly stylists. Clean bright salon , and they are on time with appointments. I loved how my cut looked at the end.

My first visit to a Regis salon ( it will certainly NOT be my last) I was fortunate to meet my stylist a very professional and extremely pleasant lady, after a few minutes Dawn knew exactly the type of hair care etc I needed, she has a very high standard of customer service, which is so important especially in such a personal service as hairdressing and the whole team were extremely pleasant, the whole visit, the service
and end result, was for me a great success, My grateful thanks to all.

Emily is an amazing stylist! She has looked after me for a few years now. She has taken me from a black blunt bob cut to blonde long hair, keeping my hair a good condition through out the transformation. I would not trust anyone else to do my hair, she is so talented and professional.

I have been coming to Natalie for at least 15 years now and she always has a smile on her face. She makes me feel very relaxed and gives me advice on my very difficult hair, while still taking my wishes into consideration

I’m close to my 100th cut with Emily, which pretty much says everything. I’ve had many different styles and colours over the years, and Emily has nailed every single one. I really trust her skills and opinion, which is all you can ask. She’s extremely accommodating and will always go the extra mile to fit you in and give you the cut/colour you desire. Her stories will also keep you entertained! I would highly recommend

Dawn understands exactly what I want when it comes to the cut and colour of my hair. I first went to her after lockdown when my hair had grown overly long with a very bad DIY colour! She totally rescued it and has gradually achieved the perfect colour for me. The cut is versatile and allows me to have my hair up when I want to. She always listens as well as offering really good, knowledgeable advice. Dawn is also kind, interesting and entertaining to talk to, making the salon experience a very pleasurable one.

This was my first ever experience with dying or bleaching my hair, and Alfie made the whole appointment so comfortable. He explained everything to me, and was lovely to talk to. I'm so happy with my result! I'll definitely be back here. Thank you so much again Alfie! x

Had a really nice time getting my hair done today after not really properly knowing about the colour I wanted and what to ask for after not really going to a hairdressers before, Caroline was really helpful and the whole experience was brilliant. Called literally last minute to get my daughters hair cut for back to school. Telephone manner was very polite and helpful. Managed to squeeze us in the same day.
I was ten minutes late for the appointment and did call ahead to say. I know this is time consuming for stylists and tongue-in-cheek annoying, nevertheless we were greeted with a warm welcome. The salon it’s self is bright, spacious and above all clean. The displays are organised and clean (no dust collection to go with the products). The stylists were great with my daughter. A customer had arrived with an appointment which they were unable to find on the system, while doing my daughters hair. They did what they could to accommodate for this customer and worked together to be able to finish my daughters hair and not have the other customer wait for too long. Teamwork makes dream work and in this case it paid off.
I’m sorry I don’t remember the name of our stylist (believe it was Julie but could be wrong). She worked alongside a young chap I believe to be Wayne. Both a credit to the salon.
Will most definitely be back and recommend to others.

Came in confused and unsure of what hairstyle I wanted, came out more confident than I thought. Saved me a lot of stress coming back to school, definitely coming back again.
