My appointment was with Freya. She listened to what I said and cut and coloured my hair exactly as I asked. I walked out with the perfect finish and very happy.

I brought my friend for a little treat after the spa day and we had a massage and facial it was exceptional! All the staff are absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend enough. X

Between tennis games I came to Saks for a leg massage. Gemma asked me about any injuries or areas of focus and then got to work helping to soothe my aches, loosen my tight muscles and reduce the inflammation in my joints. The space was warm and comfortable and Gemma was really kind, caring and experienced.

I felt so comfortable throughout my appointment, Freya and the other members of the team were very welcoming.

A wonderful relaxing facial, wish I could remember the girls name! The head, neck and shoulder massage was a perfect little extra and I can already feel the benefits 30 minutes after! I left feeling totally relaxed and my skin feeling wonderful, thank you!

I turned up a few minutes early but was seen straight away. A lovely relaxing hair wash followed by the usual great hair cut by Paul. All done in 45 minutes so an excellent
appointment as usual.

First time going to this Saks and will definitely go back again. Paula listened and delivered. Great colour achieved and great style since I have very curly hair. One happy customer. 🤗

Although totally worth it, the treatment was very uncomfortable to say the least, my eyes and throat very sensitive to the fumes, lucky it's only twice a year! 😊

I have got to be the worst client a stylist could hope for … I came into Sax today to see Vanessa.
I had been to another salon 6 month before they had not listed to anything I had said or requested and it’s really something that I experienced time and time again.
I have to say Vanessa not only listened to me but advised me and told me what my expectations could be.
After an excellent service and a lovely stylist I can not believe how happy I am with the outcome .. I’ve already booked in advance… which is something that I have never done before.

Good service, lovely girl who did my eyebrows but unfortunately the result left my eyebrows red raw after treatment and left scabbing for 5 days. I regularly get my eyebrows waxed and haven’t had this issue before so unsure as to why it happened this time round :/

Brilliant service by Sam -David Lloyd Leeds- who did my nails. She fitted me in the same day and was very professional. It was my first time using the salon. I will book again with Sam. I am very happy with my nails. I have been to so many different salons and this was the best I have had in a long time.

Gemma is incredibly professional, and makes you feel very at ease. She’s very efficient and is very thorough when it comes to waxing intimate areas which I know can be tricky, especially when the hair is a bit longer.
Gemma even spoke to me about IPL and the benefits and I’m booked in for my first session in 6 weeks. Thanks Gemma for all the info and for giving me the confidence to go for it!
