After trying to find a directional up-coming stylist up North - I have been lucky enough to find this gem of a creative hub within my budget - but my fave cutter here is Holly! I have found her intuitive sense of how to interpret my look inspiring!

Came to get my hair dyed balyage and despite having apprehensions about getting it done, I am beyond happy with the results. Ashleigh did a fab job, thanks so much!

I love, love, love coming to Albion Square in Leeds to have my hair done. Everyone is so welcoming & friendly. Rob Jefferies is an excellent artist. My hair is perfect every time. He listens to what I want and it feels like I'm having my hair done by a friend. Everyone there shows professionalism, gives great customer service and I would never go anywhere else. This salon is a credit to the ethos of Toni and Guy and illustrates the gold standard of service difficult to find anywhere else. Thank you.

I popped into he Leeds Toni &guy salon, and was immediately greeted by a friendly member of staff. They didn't have any appointments available, but spoke to the stylist who said she could book me in before her next appointment for a trim. She was extremely thorough and took her time to explain how to get my hair back to better condition. She also cut exactly the amount I asked for (stopped going to my previous hairdressers as they always cut too much even asking them not !). Really pleased with Maria and the Toni and Guy salon! Would highly recommend

My appointment was 20minutes late - which I didn't mind at all however the whole process seemed very rushed. The stylist seemed very eager to get me out, definately won't be getting my hair cut from her again! She didn't offer me a drink or to put my bags away, did not introduce herself so I am unsure of her name! However I do like my haircut!

Very Happy again with my hair

Had to go back to the salon for a redo as my hair was cut unevenly and not how I had asked. I didn't realise until I got home as I was not even shown my hair properly at the end of my cut.
I went back today and had to wait 35 minute (my appointment was at 2.20pm) until I even had a shampoo. My stylist was lovely and understanding at why I was unhappy with my cut, but I felt she felt very rushed.
If the time of my appointment was going to be busy, I think another time should have been offered to me.
Atmosphere left a lot to be desired for - the only people with any energy were the trainee hairdressers and helpers.

Love this salon! Friendly staff, great magazines, great drinks, great chat. Hair a winner as usual

Went into Toni and Guy with a photo of a new style I thought might work for me. The stylist said how it should be adapted slightly to look more modern and to suit my fine hair. I had a lovely shampoo and then a very good cut. She took her time and checked with me at the end that I liked it. She was very nice and we had a nice time chatting about things we had in common.

I had my hair done today at Tony and Guy Leeds. I love my new hair!!!!!

Robert was very helpful and thoughtful when we discussed what to do with my hair, and really took care with the cut. He offered a lot of advice on how to style it successfully and suggested a kind of product that would be best. He also was a pleasure to talk to you!

I honestly left the salon feeling slightly deflated. The lady that was booked for my cut barely said two words to me other than to ask me what I wanted to have done. She got my hair caught in her rings at one point and didn't even apologise! The cut itself was ok, nothing to complain about but when styling my hair she pulled it to the near brink of pulling it out. The lady at reception was lovely but I didn't have the heart to tell her how disappointed at the service I was

I got colour and cut, by Grace and Kerry both very lovely ladies and very talented. I have never been disappointed with what they do. Grace always gets the colour just right and Kerry always takes time to makes sure she is doing exactly the style you want and gives advice to what she can do with your hair type.

Kerry has been cutting my hair for years now. She really listens to what you want and her attention to detail is brilliant! Never rushes the job and I leave happy every time!

Decided to cut off my mid back length hair and needed ti feel confident with whomever did this long to short cut.
Had a consultation with Rob one evening after work and felt he listened and understood what I was looking for.
Combined with his experience and expertise in facial shape, hair texture and movement, I booked for Saturday and the deed was gone! Loving my shorty messy textured style, everyone at work amazed and in agreement it looks fab and better!! Had a great chat whilst in there too so thanks for a great overall experience!!
Ps Kissy did the most amazing head massage during hair wash too! Thanks x

Arranged to bleach my hair with a senior after discussing what I wanted it to look like with photos. When I arrived the senior was not available and another girl would do them for me. She informed that due to the time (Saturday - 12pm) they would not be able to bleach them but get a similar colour to ashy blonde that I asked for. She only checked after my hair was dryed and styled as GINGER and not ashy blonde. I asked to use a toner to fix it and the colour was still awfully wrong. I paid £60.00 for something that I didn't ask. I therefore visited the salon on Monday after using the lee stafford products that she suggested and the colour turned almost red. She couldn't book me for until 10 days from Monday. Absolutely horrible way of treating a customer when a mistake like this is made. I used Toni & Guy all over the UK for years and never had this experience before. This is giving the brand a bad name and as it was suggested by her i visited another salon who wasn't that busy the same week and got the result i was expecting AND cheaper.

Had a trial with hair director on Wednesday and then went for hair on Friday. Hair on Wednesday amazing! A junior did hair on Friday and was not even finished off by senior , met my daughter who's was in tears at how bad it looked. There was no time to take her back to have more done to it so I had to mess with it.
I was disappointed that this was done as my 15 year old did not have the confidence to challenge how bad it was. I am disappointed as I paid for cut and blow and finish with salon director that was not cheap and then another £35 on Friday to have to redo it ourselves.

Fantastic cut and colour with Garace and Kerrie today. Polite and friendly staff, who are always happy to help.

Kerry has been my stylist for some time and I am never disappointed with the service I receive. The staff on the whole are friendly yet professional and the salon itself is clean and well maintained.

Great service as always from Daxi! The lady on the reception desk however had an extremely rude manner.

Frosty 'greeting' when I entered. The receptionist simply stared at my 2 year old daughter when gowning me up. Didn't once smile, they. Arrived on chatting whilst I waited.

Although I was told it would be a dry cut (I have hair extensions) I didn't expect to be in seated and out in ten mins for £22. I didn't even get the coffee I ordered.

Considering my hair was damp with the rain and had got a little wavy walking from the car, no straighteners or any type of finishing spray was offered simply a cut of the ends and sides. I didn't even get shown the back with a mirror!

Very poor, used to go to branch near Victoria quarter years ago and they would wash, blow dry and do a really good cut of extensions and I left feeling great.

Terrible experience! Wouldn't recommend, cold frosty atmosphere in the salon not welcoming at all

Disappointed that they were running 40 minutes late.....bad management in my opinion.....bookings too close!
Was in the salon 3 & a half hours....a long time even for a colour!????

I've never felt so pampered! Head massage was wonderful. My hairdresser is really talented and understood exactly what kind of style would suit my hair. He cut with great precision and gave me lots of useful advice on hair care. Most importantly, I was given plenty of time and did not feel that I was being rushed through. Will definitely be returning and will happily pay for such great service.

Rob cut my hair as usual. He is a real artist, so creative, a real perfectionist. I travel quite a distance to have him cut my hair and it is always great. Thanks

This appointment was for a full head of highlights, but when I arrived was told they didn't have time and could only do half head even though I came into the salon and they knew the length of my hair. When I was having the foils taken out and my hair brushed by two young girls who made my head very sore. It hurt for days after. I ask them to go easy, but it didn't make a difference. I then had my hair cut and once home could see that it hadn't been cut properly as one side was shorter than the other, so I had to rectify this myself. Even with this I booked a further appointment only to be called weeks later that the price has gone up another £20. I had got my price when I left so why the increase? I have since gone to another salon who said that my highlights had been put in too fine and that's why you couldn't see them. My hair had 3 colour bands dark, bleached and darker not like it's supposed to be. Same colour all the way down. I've had my hair done years ago by Toni and guy and was really happy with the result. What a let down. Your prices and service are diabolical. You would expect this from a back street salon not a name like Toni and Guy

The customer service start to finish was the best I've ever received and I've attended quite a lot of toni and guy salons, the haircut itself was perfect and styled really well- would highly recommend!
