I have had great service from darcy at your Leeds salon - he is professional and always friendly. I like the way he cuts my hair too!! The staff who wash hair are very pleasant and polite.

My 14 year old son got a great haircut at Toni & Guys, salvaging a disasterous one that had been done at a different hairdressers.
The stylist was brilliant, paid attention to what my son wanted, gave great advice and created a style that is managable and looks fab. Both my son and I are very happy customers!

Been going to this salon for a few years and the service has always been good. I've seen a few different stylists because the ones I used to see left, but the one I currently see, Datsy (apologies if that's incorrectly spelt) is excellent, he listens to what I want and always does a good job. The only thing that lets it down a bit is the price, I used to get 10% off because they gave me the pre booked price, but that doesn't happen anymore.

On Friday, I had my hair done for the third time at Toni&Guy Leeds Albion since May 2016. The experience is usually alright - neither extraordinary nor bad. The job gets done. This time however was a terrible experience.

My hair was a lovely equal length with no graduations - a look I had spend the previous two years achieving this look. I informed the person with whom I had the appointment, that I wanted side swept bangs, informing the stylist that I only wanted the dry and split ends cut so that I can grow out my hair in its current style. I explicitly said that I loved this style but wanted my hair to grow out a bit more so I can braid my hair. The stylist seemed to understand but all of the sudden the stylist started making graduations in my hair. I only noticed when it was too late as the stylist had made graduations three different places.

I did not ask for this, I did not want this. I am incredibly annoyed - so much so that I left without getting my side swept bangs as I did not trust the stylist to do this to my liking. I still cannot understand what prompted your employee to do something to my hair that I had not asked for. The stylist did not get my consent to do this.

I payed the bill and left without making a new appointment.

I have been having my hair done for many years at Toni & Guy.
I have never ever had a problem with how they cut or treat my hair and always leave feeling great!

Only thing for the store to improve is Whenever you ask for another drink it never comes

Had my hair cut on Wednesday and as usual I was greeted warmly and was very happy with my cut and finish.

Very happy with the cut just what I asked for: but was very disappointed with the hair wash very quick and no massage. Also back of my blouse was soaking wet.

I wanted a new look, the old one had been with me a long time. My regular stylist, Jade @ Albion Place, patiently recommended several alternatives, one of which I chose. And I love it!

Thorough colour consultation with attention to my individual preferences. Very happy with result. Cut stylish and blow dry left me feeling great. Thanks

I've been using the Leeds branch of Toni & Guy for a few years and they have always been very professional and friendly. They always make my hair look amazing. It's worth the money!

I cut my hair last week as i just needed a change. My 11 year had just ended and it seemed like a good idea at the time. I was booked with **** who was lovely but i don't think she listened to what wanted my hair to look like. I needed it to have 2 distinct lengths, except its all rounded. Its so much shorter than the shortest i cut it. I cut it longer at the back to cover my horrible neck but the whole of my neck is showing. I was told i would get s dip at the front of my fringe. I was told it would just be nestened but its been cut straight and short. I was told that was the fringe which suited that hair cut. I am so upset..i look awful. I had a date yesterday and he said i looked like a young boy! Ive cried all morning...its too short to do anything with

James did a good job washed my hair yesterday and it still looked good I always think you can tell tell if it's a good cut if you like it when it's washed I will book with James again

I have been a Toni & Guy customer for many years and recently moved to Leeds. This was my first appointment at Albion Place. I cannot praise my stylist Daci highly enough! He patiently listened to my needs and gave excellent advice. He took great care with my cut and explained every step of the styling so that I could re-create the look at home. Exemplary service in every way - thank you! :-)

I was quite upset when I was charged £156 for highlights, cut and blow dry. Especially when every stylist that touched my hair seemed to be really rough with my hair and I spend most of the appointment in pain! My hair was back combed before my ombré highlights put in then the girl who detangled my hair ragged my hair around. She offered me a head massage which was more like trying to dig her fingers into my skull as hard as possible. At one point the girl blow drying my hair asked another girl to help so 2 people were brushing and drying my hair at the same time pulling my head in every direction. The stylists weren't very professional and kept arguing and moaning at each other about availability to help each other. Not the service you would really expect at that price.

Both my self and my daughter had an amazing experience in Toni and guy today both stylists listened and took on board our ideas. The atmosphere was very relaxed and warming the staff were very accommodating towards every person that walked through the door. My daughter and I are very pleased with our haircuts and are looking forward to our next visit.

Daci - one of your Leeds Albion stylists - has cut my hair 3 times. I live in Harrogate but Daci is worth the journey - with his distinctive set of tools he brings creative flair and attention to detail to my short hair. Daci's calmness and unassuming talent really is refreshing. The salon feels very friendly and personality rich. I have tried T&G in the past but this salon really stands out as different - it definitely deserves top marks.

Went in with my mum for my hair doing, nice guy as a stylist but didn't cut my hair very well already had it cut somewhere else. Not a good atmosphere in the shop me and my mum both commented on it. Would not recommend the shop or anyone to get there hair done from the Albion street salon.

Had a fantastic cut today by Kerry who stands out from the crowd... a true professional and lovely with it.

Been here twice now and git to say Marie is excellent her customer service is spot on made me feel so good only criticism I've got is on my last visit I felt a bit rushed at the end when I think the manager came up and told her hlthat her next client was here xx
Feel the prices are a bit steep for what I get to be honest

I had my hair cut by Jade and coloured by Grace on Thursday 23/03 and left a very happy client.
Jade and Grace always attend to my hair and they are both professional, lovely to catch up with and overall do a great job. They simply do what I ask for each time and that's why I come back time and time again.
Jade even scores me at my attempts of cutting my own fringe ????

Service was prompt and friendly. I felt well taken care of and mostly enjoyed the experience. The salon has a cracking team of apprentices.
My observation is that here is a bit of an atmosphere and nervousness in the salon (I don't feel it appropriate to elaborate further).
Will no doubt be back for another of the same treatment, unless I find locally an adequate afro hair specialist who can do the treatment which I don't feel this salon has and are really missing out on this area of the market.

As always a first class cut and colour. Always ask how things have been since last visit and if happy with how hair has been. Happy to tweak, modify or completely revamp in line with what client wants. Sound and honest advice on what will and won't work and walk out feeling fully refreshed! Good team vibe and enjoy being in a lively salon with people that take real pride in what they do.

I've had my second cut and blow dry here. I am always met with a cuppa and a lovely hair wash with head massage. My hair dresser Maria gave me a great haircut, which frames my face. She listens to what I want, and works creatively. Excellent salon

Lovely experience at Toni & Guy (Albion Place) today. All the staff are chatty but professional, Rob my stylist never fails to make me smile and love my hair - every time. A really well run salon, junior staff appear well supported and happy.

I usually hate getting my hair cut but today I finally found a hairdresser (James) who cut my hair exactly how I wanted it.. would definitely recommend Toni and Guy and him to anyone. :)

I booked an appointment here on a whim and was lucky enough to get an appointment for the next day. The online system is really easy to use and the salon is open late every night (sometimes until 8:30) which is really convenient. All of the staff were so lovely, warm and friendly. Kerrie did an amazing job of my hair, she listened to what I wanted and gave me some great advice. A lovely surprise was the 25% off I was given at the till (as a first time customer) and the loyalty card scheme they do is great too. This is definitely my new regular salon!

I went in on recommendation as I'm not from the area...I went in with long hair way past my shoulders n came out with a bob! Just what I was looking for. ...had a consultation with the senior stylist....I can't remember his name....he knew exactly what I was looking for and what would suit me. No pressure just advice. I'll be back next time I'm working in Leeds to try maybe a new colour!!!

This was my first time at this salon although not my first time using Toni and guy. The service my sister and I received was impeccable and much better than my previous experience. I truly felt like a valued customer and that the experience was personal to me. My stylist Jade was knowledgeable and helpful with my style choice and also offered good aftercare service and advice when to return. I didn't feel pressured to book another appointment before it would be necessary and I will definitely return to keep up with my style. Thanks Albion team!!

Been coming for a few years and aim to carry on! Might be a bit more expensive than other salons but on this occasion its worth every penny!
