Love my hair! Such a lovely salon with friendly stuff, good atmosphere.

Hair cut. Great place. Great staff. Friendly. Welcoming. 1st class service well worth every penny, great value for money. As soon as I was through the door, the manager greeted me by name with a genuine warm welcome! The stylist cut my hair exactly as I described it to him what I wanted. Even served a pot of tea with a tasty biscuit. I love this place and find it difficult to trust my hair to anywhere else.

I love having my hair done at Albion salon.
The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
I always have the same people to cut and colour my hair and there is a young lad who does the most amazing head massage.
I would recommend people to go to the salon. I do in fact recommend people .
I noticed salon has been painted it looked clean.
The toilet is a bit naff which doesn't bother me but it might bother some people.
I like getting 10 percent discount for booking my appointment on the day.

Really like my new do thought it might be too much but I really love it thanks emma x

Rob is by far the best stylist in Leeds!

Although I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Grace and James, I did think that towards the end of my appointment, James was pressured to move onto his next client, who was obviously waiting. My appointment did not start on time and although this did not bother me at all, it obviously put James under some pressure to hurry up. He was very apologetic for the wait and I accept the delay was not his fault, however, it is slightly embarrassing knowing there is someone having a word in his ear, which I assume was to hurry up!! Also I am very disappointed that as a new customer, I wasn't offered the discount which is so very clearly advertised on the Facebook page. I only saw this after my visit as I was going to give some feedback. I intend the phone the salon today to ask why I wasn't offered the discount.

The staff was really friendly and nice and I loved the haircut Holli did me! The only thing that I'd comment on is the hairbrushes , they were unclean and full of previous costumers' hair which I didn't like.

My appointment was at 11am, I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by name, asked for my coat and to take a seat as the colourist wouldn't be long. I was offered a drink and taken to a seat. During the colour process we had good comfortable conversation. I was offered another drink and magazines while the colour was processing. After a relaxing wash and conditioning treatment, I had a trim. Again the conversation was comfortable and easy. All in all, a great hairdressing experience ????

Great service as always, Jade is a star! She understands what I want, suggests changes that she knows will suit. A lovely, relaxing experience.

I went to Leeds Toni and Guy on Saturday for a cut. I wanted a restyle. The stylist did not really ask any questions about what I was after and quickly made his own decision. I had about 6 inches of but then he literally hacked far too much into my hair and has left me with uneven layers and fuzzy bits in patches from where he has used a layering g scissor. I feel really upset by the finish which cost me over £50. I used to always go to Toni and Guy and now I'll never go again. All I saw I theLeeds salon was attractive people being attended too...it's very pretentious salon that made me feel very uncomfortable.I want my money back. Joanne Woods

Have been having my hair cut at Toni and Guys' for around half a dozen years and with Kerri at the Albion Street branch for about a year. Kerri is one of those very rare people who is both amazing at her profession and also interesting and interested company and she is a credit to the salon.

After showing Daci 2 Styles and stating what I wanted he totally understood & gave me an extremely great cut/style. All Staff were friendly even when I was very late to the appointment, they were so accommodating, friendly & welcoming. The whole experience was fantastic & I cant thank Daci enough for this amazing look.

I've been going to Toni and guy for a number of years now, and Maria cuts my hair. It's always been a great experience, lovely salon, friendly staff, great haircuts. Last week unusually although I was initially happy with my cut, once home I wasnt sure, so I rang the salon today and what amazing customer service, I was given an immediate appointment and Maria after fully discussing my concerns, completely restyled my hair and I am so happy with the result. Can't recommend higher than that.
