I first enquired about a Keratin treatment a few weeks ago. The colourist who advised me was really helpful. Infact she did my colour on Saturday and I am really pleased with it.Liam did my Keratin treatment and I was really happy with it. He clearly cares about his work so I have re booked. Hes a good cutter who understands what I am trying to achieve with my hair. He just gets it. A very eficient and friendly salon.

I first enquired a few weeks ago about a Keratin Treatment. The colourist who did my colour on Saturday gave me loads of information about it so I booked it with Lism. I was so pleased with the service I booked back in for a colour and cut. Really pleased with my colour and the cut. The salon is really well run and all the staff are friendly. This was my first time at Toni and Guy.

Eli was very helpful when it came to advice about what colour to go for, and really listened to what I wanted. He gave me a lovely natural-looking balayage, and made me feel at ease.

Mark was also fantastic. He knew what cut would look best, and advised me how to have it - it finished off the look really nicely.

Had a great cut and blow dry by Maria who is the only person I’ve had cut my hair for the past year and a half as I’m very fussy and she really listens to what I want and advises me based on my hair’s needs.
Staff were warm and friendly as always. Greeted me and offered to take my coat and asked if I wanted a beverage. Great service thank you. Keep it up!
