Going to En Route is my time out from my busy life. I absolutely love spending time there. I have watched Mel grow personally and as an amazing business woman. All the staff are personable, well trained and polite. It really is my chill place.

As usual, I enjoyed my experience. The staff were very friendly, professional and Debra always makes me feel relaxed and important. I love my hair style too.

I’ve been growing my hair longer and styling it wavy and unstructured. I decided to go for a short, straight and structured style. Mel listened to my ideas and looked at the photos I was able to show her. Mel gave confidence that she knew exactly what I wanted and I was very pleased with the outcome. I’ve been struggling with the condition of my hair and Mel recommend some shampoo that could help improve it; I never feel under pressure to buy any product that she recommends.

Lottie took such care with me as a client, checking my colour preferences and talking it through. She is very skilled and takes great care in her work. Such a lovely young lady, who I always feel at ease with. Always blown away by the eco standards at En Route. It is embedded into every aspect of the salon.

I’m a regular client as en route and never disappointed with the service or experience. Millie has really listened to my request for wanting a more natural, longer lasting colour to hide my roots and she’s done just that. I’ve been really happy with my cut and colour since having Millie and she’s always so lovely to talk to.
