Always a lovely experience to visit Sarah and the team at Saks Wetherby. Sarah takes the time to listen and make suggestions for the hairstyle you would like. Always come out of the salon feeling so much better with a fresh and updated hairstyle.

Brilliant experience lovely staff

I've been using Saks at Wetherby for over 15 years, I really like the way my hair is cut, the staff are all really friendly and there's always a good atmosphere in the salon. They are also always very accommodating, and will try really hard to find you an appointment at short notice.

I have thick frizzy hair which the stylist chose to dry entirely with her fingers, needless to say my hair was so frizzy when she finished I’ve no idea how she was able to check the cut. Even the curling after hasn’t helped the frizz so I’ve come home and re washed it myself. I’m not the best at blow drying it which is why I usually love a hairdresser doing it for me. She was a lovely girl but I’m very disappointed. 1st visit and won’t be returning.

I asked for a choppier cut than usual, just for a change and it was exactly how I described it. Very pleased with it.

Charlotte did my hair colour today overseen by Libby and I was very happy with everything as always. I always receive a consistent 5* service and leave feeling better about myself. I've had numerous compliments and even got told that I look 10 years younger by a friend and 15-20 years younger by my teenager (tge latter being a backhanded compliment but a compliment non the less 😄). What better way to tell how great your hair was.

What can I say? Saks Wetherby are exceptional as they always are. The service is 5* and consistently so no matter which hairdresser you are blessed to have serve you. Today I had Libby and Charlotte and the colour and blow dry were better than I had expected. I am very happy with my hair and it was a pleasure to catch up with friends. They are not simply 'hairdressers' but friends with skills to take you from a 1-2 up to the best your hair can be and a 9-10 and beyond. Talk about a glow-up! Thanks Charlotte and Libby you are both exceptional at your job and I wouldn't want to use any other hairdressers than Saks Wetherby because you always get exactly what you ask for only it's always better than you thought it'd be! Very happy thanks ladies ❤️

Libby is so great! She makes me feel comfortable and so pampered. She is so friendly and kind.

I had both of my daughter’s hair cut and Eleanor was so lovely. She took time to listen to what they wanted and made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience for them both.

Staff were patient and very caring with my young child during his recent haircut. Excellent value for money.
