My daughter (12) came for a haircut this evening after school. Lovely hairdresser (sorry no name) really connected with her and gave great advice about hair and personal care as well as a great hair cut. 😀

Great cut, colour and blow dry. Eleanor is excellent and Charlotte and Adam give the best head massages. Would highly recommend

I'm really pleased with the colour of my hair today, carefully done by Adam. Also the lovely cut, as usual, by Eleanor.

My first visit here today and it was perfect . I received a lovely warm welcome onto a beautiful clean salon . I had a consultation and found Libby's advice and guidance really useful. Everything I wanted she advised on and I was very much guided by her ideas . I was looked after and found all the staff to be very professional .

I've been using Saks at Wetherby for over 15 years, I really like the way my hair is cut, the staff are all really friendly and there's always a good atmosphere in the salon. They are also always very accommodating, and will try really hard to find you an appointment at short notice.

I have thick frizzy hair which the stylist chose to dry entirely with her fingers, needless to say my hair was so frizzy when she finished I’ve no idea how she was able to check the cut. Even the curling after hasn’t helped the frizz so I’ve come home and re washed it myself. I’m not the best at blow drying it which is why I usually love a hairdresser doing it for me. She was a lovely girl but I’m very disappointed. 1st visit and won’t be returning.

I asked for a choppier cut than usual, just for a change and it was exactly how I described it. Very pleased with it.
