I visited your salon on Thursday and from my phone call in the morning everything was excellent. The stylist was very attentive to all my wishes as was the young man who shampooed my hair. The whole experience was relaxing.

Kim is a fabulous hairdresser, always does an excellent job with my hair, offers great advice, and is delightful company.

Eleanor was efficient and confidently cut my hair as I wanted it, asking me all the time if I was happy with the amount she had cut, and if I wanted more off, which she offered to do, and I accepted

Adam is a lovely guy . So attentive and remembers you as a person . He has coloured my hair for months and today he cut it for first time . Always satisfied and my hair has never been better x

Saks Wetherby is a great salon, you’ll always get a great cut in a friendly atmosphere. Ellie restyled my teen daughter’s hair last week, adding long bangs and a whispy fringe. The cut is great and really suits my daughter, but she also took the time to explain how to dry and style it at home. I know that has saved a lot of drama and upset.

Decided to go for the chop and was really pleased with the result. Eleanor took great care to ensure I was happy with my new style.

Arrived 30mins early fir my appointment ,but Sarah delayed her lunch and completed my treatment so I could get on my way quickly . Always had excellent service from all personnel in the salon.

As always a great, professional service from Libby today. I had a half head of highlights, cut and finish. Libby adjusted the colours, chatted through the options and then did a great job.

Great service at always at Saks Wetherby. All staff are super friendly and Eleanor was great, she listened to exactly what I wanted and also gave me opinions that I wouldn’t have thought of, Charlotte who washed my hair was also very professional.

Moved to Saks a few years ago and have never regretted it, lovely place, I get comments on the colour and cut. I know they will be flexible but if you want a particular stylist it pays to book ahead.

Yet another excellent appointment. I’ve always been pleased with the result mainly because Sarah understands what I want and is successsful in getting it perfectly. It’s always a friendly, warm atmosphere with a nice coffee made by Adam.
