Ive always put off getting my hair cut due to family priorities (im always bottom of the list!) But I am so pleased i booked an appointment, Helen was amazing from start to finish. She really took her time to get to know my hair needs and I felt relaxed knowing that I was in safe hands, she did an amazing job and I have received so many lovely compliments today about how good it looks I can't wait for my next visit.

Helen is a super star! I felt no judgement from Helen with the dry and damaged hair I had. We went through exactly what I wanted. And Helen delivered. It was nice to relax and unwind and not feel the pressure to make conversation either - I work in hospitality and spend 8 hours 4 days a week making small talk. So to not feel like having to make a conversation was just so nice. exactly what I needed.

It was the first time I have been to Sarah for eyebrow waxing & I wasn't disappointed
She did exactly what I had asked for.
I will definitely be booking another appointment in the future.

Helen works miracles and I trust her judgement completely. Polly gave me an amazing head massage yesterday. ( could you please offer head massages to men too? They would also benefit )

Samara is my hairdresser so I knew my daughter would be in good hands. My daughter felt pampered and treated by the whole experience and was so happy with the end result, it was exactly what she'd hoped for (and Samara read between the lines as far as what I thought would be appropriate for my 5 year old) so huge thanks for yet another lovely experience.

My son is neurodiverse and can struggle to understand what’s going on around him. New environments and experiences can cause him a lot of stress, anxiety and upset, so I was very unsure as to whether we’d be able to get his haircut at all. Samara was amazing!! She took her time with him, made sure he was comfortable with her and got him involved in the process by giving him a brush, which I think definitely helped as he likes to feel in control of situations. Very, very pleased with how it all went. She made what had the potential to be a very difficult situation for us all so much easier.

At now over 50, I have finally found a hairdresser who knows how to cut and style my hair. Emma is a real star.

After trying multiple salons in the town I’ve finally found one that styles my hair the way I like but can also deal with my daughter’s super curly hair.
I’ve experienced another salon needing 2 people to brush her hair as they simply did not know how to deal with curly hair, needless to say it’s made me nervous.
Emma always does a great job with my hair and is lovely, I’m impressed with info she remembers from conversations given how many customers she has!
Debbie and Charlotte have completely reassured me with my daughters hair and I was particularly impressed with their honesty when I was rebooking, the lady available didn’t have as much experience with curly hair so they suggested a different day. It’s really appreciated.

First time I had visited . Sarah is a wonderful therapist. I felt completely relaxed during my massage and facial and hope to be back again soon. Thank you!

Very pleased how Emma cut my hair. Always lovely to be able to manage my hair myself until my next visit to the hairdressers. The £1 added to my bill each time for carbon footprint should be your cost not mine. but this is obviously nothing to do with Emma!
