My youngest always loves going to have her hair cut at Madames. Louise always does a fab job and is always friendly and chatty. My daughter absolutely loves her new hair!

I wasn’t sure what colours to have and Adam took the time to go through them with me and discuss what he thought would work. Good conversation and never felt rushed, even though the salon was busy. Adam and Louise are always welcoming.

Having had an extremely bad experience with another salon which damaged my hair badly, Adam was able to talk me through some ideas & recommendations & delivered upon those.

My hair has been rescued & can’t believe he has managed to make it look & feel so great.

Louise was amazing too - her Indian head massage when washing my hair was very welcomed & appreciated.

My first visit to Madames Hair & Beauty was a great experience. Great service, friendly and relaxed. Stylist had excellent knowledge of colour and very professional. I regularly visit salons and have issues with my neck when having hair washed, this was the most comfortable sink/chair set up I have ever experienced. Really pleased with the results, colour match for regrowth was perfect and hair styled just as I asked. Price was half what I have previously paid. I will definitely be a regular customer . I visited Madames on the 27th January with my left leg in plaster. I let Adam know that I was on my way and he let me go through the rear of the salon as it was easier for me to go straight in. He made sure I was comfortable and proceeded to mix my colour up and do my roots all the time asking if I was comfortable. He helped me to the wash sink and switched on the massaging chair and with my legs raised, I honestly could have stayed there all night. Along with Louise and Becky they are all so caring. Keep up the good work guys x
