I came in to Roland John for the first time, after using a home visiting hairdresser during lockdown when I relocated to the area. My hair was thin, broken and uneven and had been severely over bleached. Hannah gave me a great consultation and completely transformed my hair! She made my colour more natural using foils, recommended an intensive treatment and gave me a great cut! I am so happy and will be coming back regularly now! Lovely salon, great service and people!

Friendly, respectful and thoughtful throughout the salon. Roland generates a warm and relaxing but efficient atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble.

Libby is fantastic - it's the best colour and cut I've ever had done and it never feels like she's rushing me out the door. My partner is in the military and I hope he doesn't get posted elsewhere as I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't get my hair done here!

Beautiful haircut and blow dry as always with Roland working his magic! Can’t fault the staff, they are all friendly and accommodating. Very happy overall.

£160 for high/lowlights and I left the salon feeling like I still had terrible roots. It looks a completely different colour on top compared to underneath. There are brassy bits all through the top. I left and had to go and buy a toner to try and fix it.
My family and friends have recommended different salons noticing how bad it is.
I’ve Had my hair highlighted for less £40 before by a student and it was better than this.
£160 and you keep putting it up to try and hide it. Not overly impressed.

Would not recommend the lad who washed my hair, he completely missed the back of my head. And he just wiped the conditioner on and washed it off , Don’t know his name .

It is always worrying trying to find a new hairdresser when you move to a new area but I felt my hair was in safe hands in a thoroughly relaxing environment. Thank you.

Can’t find a hair salon near me in London that can cut my hair how I like it. Roland looked at my hair and understood my requirements. Rather than hacking my hair his technique create just what I wanted. Can’t recommend Roland enough and well worth travelling 100 miles to get a perfect cut

Seriously the best hair cut I’ve ever had! Exactly what I wanted. Roland totally understood the look I wanted and I felt really honoured to have him cut my hair. The salon is extremely classy, I would have expected to travel to a city to find such a place! I will never go anywhere else again! Thank you Roland!

The cut was done well but completely lacks any styling and is not flattering, I am looking forward to my hair growing so I can have a style that makes me feel good!

Have been to the same hairdresser for 15 years so was a bit apprehensive about going to a new salon. However, could not be happier with the cut Roland gave me and thoroughly enjoyed my complementary massage with Faye. Have booked another appointment!

I came in today & met Amber. I hadn't had a hair cut for a few months and was slightly embarrassed! However, Amber made me feel really comfortable. She did such a great job and I'm really happy with how it looks.
